Rich recommended renovations and repairs and suggested a contractor for all the repairs and renovations. We followed all of his recommendations. Rich then coordinated all of the work until it was completed. After the renovations and repairs were completed, Rich listed the house on a Thursday and held an open house Sunday, three days later. ZillowVERIFIED This review is for an associate, supposedly the Property manager of Superior Property Management group. We submitted our application for a rental home along with the $60 fee only to find out that there were 6 other applicants in front of us. Eileen directly told our realtor that the first application processed was accepted meaning that the other 6 applicants were never processed or reviewed. Our application was never denied, just didn't have the chance to be reviewed since it was 7th "in line", which is completely understandable during these crazy times in the market. However, we basically paid $60 to send our application in...no processing was done, nothing was reviewed. This company pocketed almost $400 from people who applied who were never processed, which I think is incredibly immoral to take advantage of people during this time in the market. Rich directly told me that the best way to contact Eileen was through text messaging. I sent her ONLY professional, respectful text messages regarding our application to which she contacted my realtor asking "tell your client to stop contacting me". I spoke to an associate in their office in regards to getting a refund for the $60, he said to contact Eileen and it shouldn't be an issue...I emailed Eileen and she has refused to contact me directly. I sent our application and documentation via email, she refused to contact me or keep me updated with our application. She denied my request for a refund via Zelle and refused to acknowledge my email to explain or talk to me in ANY way. We are an active military family and this experience was awful.

ZillowVERIFIED Rich was a great real estate agent. Very proactive and willing to do almost anything at a moments notice in helping find and sell my home. He connected us with very good house repair people that we quick and did not break the bank. He also provided us a very nice and helpful interior design POC for helping set the house up. As he thought we averaged more than 1 person viewing our house each day with more than 1 on the weekends. We consistently got offers in and interest in our house was immediate and consistent from the point of putting it on the market until we listed it as under contract. We believe we got a fair and reasonable price and only settled in the closing cost of the property after following Rich's direction to fix certain areas up. He also was very honorable in making suggestions as the home inspection and other conditions for the sell of the house came in. He truly wanted both parties to be happy with the buy and sell of my home. He hired a professional stager, Linda, who gave us great tips to make the house look its best with the items that were already there. Photos of our home were great and even though we didn't need to use flyers (because our house sold so fast), they also looked great. Once we were under contract, he had a team efficiently handle all of the administrative steps to get ready for closing. When Rich said he would do something he did it. We felt great about Rich because we knew that he was doing his best job for us, and we can't thank him enough for this! He cared about us as if we were his most important customers, even though we only met him at an open house for the first time. I suspect all of his customers feel the same. With regards to helping us buy our new home, we purchased a new construction home, so we don't have much experience with Rich in terms of him showing us homes. However, when selecting options and lots for our new home, Rich provided some good tips on things to consider, and helped us walk through the newly built home to make sure there weren't any deficiencies. We were happy that we had his knowledge as we purchased our new home as well.

We received an email that my tenant of nearly ten years was moving out. My wife and I decided that it was time to sell the house as we had already made the decision that we would not be moving back to the area. I traveled to Va to meet him and talk about the details of what needed to be done to sell the property and what I was willing to do. First, as we gathered information on multiple realtors to determine which one may be the best, it was evident that Rich was the best. His reviews were the highest, his advertisement of homes the most appealing and complete, and the number of homes he sold within the shortest amount of time far exceeded his competitors. When we selected Rich as our realtor and prepared our home for sale, Rich guided us through the process. First, he conducted a detailed survey of the home with us and in collaboration, we developed a plan for updates that was feasible and cognizant of an established budget. Since we were not knowledgeable about reputable contractors within the area, Rich provided us contact information about home repair and renovation businesses with which he had worked with in the past. The contractors were excellent and Rich inspected all completed work to ensure high-quality standards had been met. The renovations were excellent, very reasonable in terms of cost, and timely without any issues. Again, without the assistance of Rich, we would not have been able to accomplish the needed work When the house was ready to be placed on the market for sale, Rich maximized the venues for advertisement and developed an extremely high-quality advertisement portfolio. The online video and tour of the house was beautiful accentuating the natural light and the features of the home. The brochures were beautiful, again with excellent photos and a very appealing appearance. Information about the home was comprehensive and annotated key and unique features. Throughout this timeframe, Rich updated us routinely. Once we had an offer, Rich negotiated an excellent sale and we quickly moved to a successful closure. I really knew he'd be the realtor for us if we ever decided to sell when he was out shoveling our neighbor's driveway, first thing in the morning, after a snow fall. He sold our neighbor's home expeditiously and they were extremely positive about the experience. Rich is a trustworthy realtor who really cares about doing a job well done. Rich was the first realtor we called when we put our home up for sale. He came to our home, did a walk through, gave us multiple helpful hints, and ultimately left it up to us as to what we were comfortable with fixing or changing. He also had the names and numbers for painters, wood floor refinishers, driveway sealers, you name it, that were very reasonably priced for the area. He pulled up multiple comps in our area and really made us feel comfortable with choosing an amount to list our home. Rich's extra efforts to generate buyers were evident with his marketing and online advertising of our home, which included a beautiful virtual tour with wide lens photographs. Rich and his team are a pleasure to work with. They kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Their response time was excellent and there was always an answer for any question during the process. We had multiple showings with multiple offers within days.
