I advised her that my mom was reluctant to sell. Rhonda met with my mom and spent more than an hour talking to her about things my mom wanted to talk about and Mom agreed to sell. Rhonda also found someone to hold an estate sale for me. I had been unable to find someone. A buyer for the found was found immediately and Rhonda was able to get the buyer to significantly increase their initial offer. When the assessment came in much lower than anyone expected. Rhonda was able to negotiate an acceptable compromise.

ZillowVERIFIED We were an out of town buyer, 2000 miles away to be exact. Rhonda was always available, even late at night without regard to the 3 hour time difference. When we would want more information on a home, Rhonda would always be ready to go if not that very day but the next morning at the latest. Even if the house was a long drive from her general area. She stayed in contact with us and would return our calls usually within minutes to at least let us know she had received our message. Always made time for our questions, and there were many with us being on the other side of the country. Knowing we could not do a visit, she would let us know if something did not look just right, that was comforting. After many miles, e-mails, and phone calls, we found a great house close to our Daughter's family and our grandkids. Great neighborhood and great new neighbors. Rhonda will work hard for you and does not have a lazy bone in her body. We do wonder when she sleeps? We also had a residential lot we needed to sell after we bought our house. Rhonda, listed and found us a buyer. The closing had some snags on the other side of the transaction but Rhonda was right on top of it and she got it closed.
