When we had to rescind an offer on one house due to inspection findings and soon after purchase our current beautiful home, firm negotiating on their part made both processes incredibly smooth.

Review Alexis is wonderful! She is a clear communicator and was very responsive, always open to chat or provide more clarification. I really felt like I could reach out to her at any time and that she was putting in a lot of work on our behalf. She would lend her advise as we went through tricky negotiations but she always made it clear that final decisions were up to us. Review My husband and I were lucky enough to meet Amy when she was asked by Reuben Schug to show us a property completely across town, during rush hour traffic. Amy has a great personality and answered every question we asked, even calling fellow brokers on the spot who knew more about the property. Amy and her Windermere team liaised with our mortgage originator Jason Ellet and his team at Finance of America Mortgage without hesitation. We got through the home buying process, as first-time buyers it was taxing in many ways but Amy supported and guided us every step of the way. Our transaction was better than expected. Amy negotiated us an excellent deal and we are completely thrilled with our new home. I only wish more people the chance to work with Amy Bishop or at least a professional of such caliber.
