Rett and his team are great! He really understands the housing market and was able to answer all my questions. He was open and honest about selling our house and what to expect. Our home needed repairs and he was able to price it so that it sold quickly with both us and the buyer being happy. Highly recommend him and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Rett Harmon and his TEAM are absolutely the best. I had a dual closing (sale and purchase) which can be somewhat overwhelming. With every turn and every possible issue that may have come up, they were on it and on it in a hurry with resolve! I would very much encourage anyone looking to sell or buy a home - call on Rett Harmon! He is the best and ALWAYS, ALWAYS has your best interest at heart. He and his TEAM are invaluable to such a task! We are now sold on our previous home and in our new home living the dream we set out for! Rett and Team - thank you so very much for all of your hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED C21 Rettro Group exceeded expectations from day 1. When we wanted to look at a property, Andy made himself available any time that was convenient for us. Rett's negotiation with the listing agent is the reason we now have this house. Sara was always available and responsive any time we needed her. We are very impressed by the entire team and very thankful. We have worked with C21 Rettro Group on 3 different contracts now, and the experience has been consistently excellent. We would highly recommend them to anyone, buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED This was the BEST Home Selling and Home Buying experience I've ever had! The first time I bought and sold a house, I did it myself. I quickly realized that this was NOT my calling! When it came to doing it again I decided to give it a shot, as far as hiring a real estate agent. THIS was worth its weight in gold! Rett Harmon is the Absolute Best! When I decided to put my house on the market he came by and told me all the different things I should move around/fix up to make the house look the best it could! Most of it was minor paint touch ups and moving around some furniture! Within 3 days his office came by and took photos and had my house on the market! We started receiving offers immediately! By that Friday I accepted an offer and it was time to find a new house to buy!!The process of finding a new place was quick and easy! As soon as I told him what I was looking for, he told me that he had the perfect place in mind! I liked that he actually listened to what I wanted and didnt try to show me things out of my price range!! I fell in love with the first place he showed me, and the rest is history!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rhett Harmon worked with me when I bought my house 4 years ago and again recently with the Southern Roots Group as we sold it. I was extremely pleased on both occasions with Rhett and the others working around him, and I have recommended him to others any time I have the opportunity. More than anything I was impressed by his willingness to address any questions or concerns I had in a very timely manner.

ZillowVERIFIED Very impressed! I grew up in this house & now live in Fla, so needlessly to say it was not a new house. However, the location & 10.5 acres all added to the value. Rett & his team took their time & truly did a professional job of presenting our property. Thanks, Frankie Jordan

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Rett for almost twenty years. Two words describe him best: HARD WORK. You can rest assured that his motor never stops running when it comes to looking out for the best interests of his clients. His knowledge of the real estate market (both locally and regionally) is incomparable to other real estate pros in the area. I have relied upon Rett on more than one occasion to give me advice on real estate matters. He gave me back honest counsel. Regardless of where your real estate needs lie, I recommend you call Rett and his team first before embarking on the journey.

ZillowVERIFIED I could not have do it without them! The whole team; Rett, Donna and Blake all worked really hard in selling our home. After several failed attempts with other realtors we decided to list with Southern Roots Group and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We ended up listing and selling our house and land in less time then we did messing around with those other guys. Job well done, very well done!

ZillowVERIFIED The level of service, professionalism and knowledge that I experienced with Rett Harmon was exemplary. ZillowVERIFIED Rett is a very professional agent and my experience with him spans over the course of several years. first with renting out my property, then with the sale of my house. The situation I was in was a very unrewarding one, for me, for Mr. Harmon, for his company. Regardless, he treated me and the house with premise that he had something to gain [he did not]. I had a small property in which the headache was far worse than the paycheck I knew he would receive - regardless, he presented all angles, a huge time investment, and was always a courteous and knowledgeable expertise to me. He was a ...'straight shooter', in a way that was very genuine and welcomed. I am very grateful for that and know that he always takes great care of his listers. I know I am not unique to his great care and attention. Anyone that lists with Mr. Harmon will not be disappointed.
