ZillowVERIFIED Ms. Renita Crawley is an amazing & knowledgeable realtor. What a wonderful & patient person she proved to be throughout this entire process. She demonstrated on several levels her determination to find exactly what we was looking for. We started working with her in late March. We mentioned to her the areas we thought we would like to move to & she went to work locating a list of homes for viewing. We viewed several homes in Douglas, Carroll, Rockdale & Henry county only to decide against the homes we viewed or against the area. This amounted to about 25-30 homes viewed & how did she respond. dont worry, Im going to find exactly what youll looking for & back to work she went looking for our homes. I personally felt like we was putting her through the ringer but she demonstrated a higher than normal degree of professionalism & patience. She never made us feel like she was tired of us or rushing us to make a decision. She was more concern with us being happy. She was willing to come out any day of the week we were available to look at homes. There was a time when we placed a contract on two homes only to change our minds due to what the home inspector discovered & there again she promptly assisted us in the cancellation process. After 2 months & days upon days of looking, she proved why she the BEST ? she found the home & area we was looking for. We are so happy to be living in a premier country club & very appreciative to have had such a hard working realtor on our team. I wish I could give her 10 stars cause shes so deserving of all 10. We have & will continue to recommend her to ANYONE we hear of thats looking for a home. In addition I would like to thank her in assisting us in the sell of our previous home & for scheduling both closing on the same day. ZillowVERIFIED Im a first time home buyer from the Metro-Atlanta area, and one of those stereotypical millennials, who arent interested in buying a home right now. But Renita helped change that narrative for me by being proactive. I was referred to Renita by an old co-worker & classmate from college. Great call on her part, because as soon we met via Facebook, Renita took the initiative and begin educating me on home buying. She held an home buyers course that was full of information and guest who went through all the steps and precautions to take in order to buy a home efficiently. She even helped me get a property that I didnt think I could get. I think the best attribute in Renita was her communication in regards to Q&A from a blind consumers perspective. Her team/associates also followed suite in articulating the ins and outs of the whole process. Im definitely satisfied.

I was in the process of looking for an investment property and the previous realtor claimed she locked me into a contract though I was unaware of this and wanted to continue looking at properties until I found the right fit. I felt so trapped and decided to reach out to Renita with my concerns. She took time to look over those contracts and explained the buying process more in depth. Lets just say she rescued me.
