We had the sad and unfortunate situation of having to sell my fathers home after he passed away which brought some issues to light with his Trust. They were so patient with us as we went through months of working through legal issues. In the meantime, they had fabulous suggestions of professional work people who came in to re-carpet, repaint, landscape the patio and stage the house. When we finally worked out the legal issues, they got it on the market immediately and it sold that day. They were there to answer any and every question, and also to comfort us during our sad time. We worked with Stacy who was amazing and we could not thank her enough for making the first time buying a home so easy and stress free. ZillowVERIFIED Lets start with Renee. Upon meeting her, we immediately hit it off - she is funny, honest and insightful. She told me up front that I wasnt ready to sell and to call her when I was. (I was saying the right thing, but she could tell it wasnt in my heart, yet.) So when I was truly ready, of course I called her. She did all that she said she would and more. I ended up with a great offer, closed on time, and it was virtually painless the entire way. Now for Stacy. She was patient, kind, funny and helped me think through everything. She gave her opinion where I asked and didnt push it otherwise (a difficult balance really). Of course, going into the biggest transaction of your life is nerve-wracking, but she really helped me make logical decisions and fought on my behalf. Last, but not least, lets talk about the rest of the team. If Renee or Stacy are unavailable, youd better believe someone else is there to immediately answer your questions. The team helped me work through vendors to complete minor repairs and kept all of those vendors honest too! I hope to not have to do this again anytime soon, but when I do, I will call The Renee White Team and highly recommend them to all.
