Renee and her Team, especially Julie are very nice people. They are business minded and no bolony. They told me exactly what is needed and how they will proceed. Staging was completed without the delay, nice flyers were created and open houses took place every weekend. All my questions were answered immediately. When the lower offers came in, they never pressured me to accept it, but on the contrary told me to wait until right buyer comes along.
