Renee Pilchard

Renee Pilchard is the Managing Broker of Pilchard Properties, operating under Real Broker LLC, serving Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties in Washington State. A lifelong Pacific Northwest resident with 12 years of full-time experience, Renee works with buyers and sellers across communities including Lake Stevens, Snohomish, Monroe, Stanwood, Everett, Arlington, and Edmonds. She is ranked in the top 25% of approximately 2,660 licensed real estate agents in Snohomish County, reflecting consistent production and a sustained record of results in one of Washington's most competitive markets. Her work spans first-time buyers, move-up sellers, and an expanding specialty in luxury and waterfront properties throughout Snohomish, Skagit, and Island Counties.

Before entering real estate, Renee spent 20 years as a paralegal, and that legal background defines how she serves clients today. She reads purchase contracts with a trained, detail-oriented eye, anticipates issues before they become problems, and approaches every negotiation with the precision and preparation she developed over two decades in the law. It is a differentiator that matters most during the most complex moments of a transaction. Renee's approach is consultative and data-driven, built around clear communication and strategic advice rather than pressure, and guided by a commitment to matching each client's goals with the most effective path to get there.

Renee has earned recognition as a RateMyAgent Top 5 Agent in Snohomish County for 2022, 2023, and 2025, a Zillow 5-Star Agent, and Top Producer at Realty One Group Orca for 2022 and 2025. She has accumulated more than 120 five-star reviews, including 95 across Google and RateMyAgent and 25 on Zillow, with clients consistently citing her integrity, expertise, and calm leadership through difficult transactions. Pilchard Properties is a proud member of Real Broker LLC and operates by one standard: Honesty. Integrity. Results.
