ZillowVERIFIEDRon Hollingsworth was an excellent choice for selling my home in Maricopa, AZ. He answered my many questions in a timely manner. He coordinated all the listing preparations, pre-sale work on my home and the viewings. It made my long distance/ remote sale process go smoothly and with no issues and together we negotiated a good price and completed the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Ron to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in Arizona.

ZillowVERIFIED Renee and Ron were knowledgeable, professional and always had our best interests at heart. They went above and beyond to help us sell our home. They listened to our needs and came up with an amazing plan to sell our home in the timeline we needed. Their expertise in the real estate market, especially in Maricopa, was invaluable. If I could give a million stars I would. Whether you are buying or selling, you should without a doubt go with HRG!!

ZillowVERIFIED Renee did an outstanding job working with us on the sale of our home. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and communicative about the process. She recommended for us to remodel our home to sell it quickly but without a huge cost on our part. She lead the project, communicated with us and sold it within 1 day of being on the market. She knows the market very well. I would work with her any time.

ZillowVERIFIED Renee and Ron worked diligently on the sale of our home. With the market being extremely saturated they were able to bring in the right people that were looking for exactly what our home had to offer. They even worked through the roadblocks that the buyers were having on their end to finalize the sale. We greatly appreciated the open and constant communication from them on the ongoing progress all the way up to the sale and closing of the home. We highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed.

ZillowVERIFIED Ron and Renee are truly the best! Ron helped us buy our first home, and when we had to move years later Renee jumped in and helped us sell our home. They both worked tirelessly and were in constant contact with updates. Made the process less stressful and they made us feel like true friends. I wouldn't use anyone but Ron and Renee and would recommend them to anyone who needed the best.

ZillowVERIFIED From day one Renee was the best. She was always available and never delayed on getting back to me. More importantly she worked with me in everything in understanding the house and how to make the sale. Professional, very polite, and efficient. Working with her was a pleasure and provided me self-assurance. Its all personal with Renee and that is why I stayed with her, which I looked at a ton of other agents. Also, she is a long time resident of Maricopa and really understands the house market in this community. Very blessed to find her.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Renee to buy our house in September, and she was absolutely amazing! Since we were moving from out of state, we had tons of questions, but Renee made everything so much easier. She knows the area like the back of her hand and gave us great advice every step of the way. She was super helpful, always quick to respond, and made the whole process way less stressful than we expected. If youre looking for a realtor who really knows their stuff and cares about their clients, we cant recommend Renee enough. Thanks for everything, Renee!

ZillowVERIFIED Ron and Renee are wonderful real estate agents. We had to bring our kids with us on our first outing and Ron was great with the kids. Even after we selected our home we requested another look at the homes in our market and there was no hesitation taking us out again, so we felt at ease with our decision. They assisted us in receiving closing assistance from the seller, and pushing out our closing date because we had to go out of town for a few days. We received a welcome home gift, on the day we received our keys. They treated us like family and we couldnt be happier to have worked with such a great team.

ZillowVERIFIED I was an out of town buyer looking for a safe, friendly, family oriented town to buy a vacation home within my budget. I went online to find a reaI estate agent to help me. I talked to 4 agents and choose Ron because he responded quickly, guided us to specific towns that met our criteria. As we started to narrow our search Ron continually listen to what we were looking for. He found us numerous houses to visit, we flew in and bought our dream home. He didnt waste our time with houses that were out of our budget or not in nice neighborhoods. Once we had our offer accepted Ron had a team to complete the process, inspector, appraiser etc. I would highly recommend Ron Hollingsworth to anyone, he has excellent knowledge of the real estate market in the Phoenix area.

ZillowVERIFIED The Hollingsworth's were the best realtors I have ever had to work with. They made buying my new home the easiest transition ever. They went the extra mile to make sure me and my family enjoyed our house hunting experience. They helped us locate contractors who helped us with upgrades to our new home. They bought us a nice house warming gift that we use on a daily bases. They always keep in contact with us to see if we are our family and friends need anything that they can help us with. I would recommend them to anyone who would want to have a realtor who knows eveything you need to know when it's time to purchase or sell you home.So with this said I would like to say to them keep up the good work and it was a pleasure working with you and we will not hesitate to work with you's in the future when we need someone to help us buy or sell our home.
