Review I absolutely adore Rene & his team. An important thing to know about him is that he is extremely honest with you the through entire process. He returns all phone calls and emails, and will answer all your questions, and make you feel like youre the only client he has. We happened to stumble upon him & Catherine by luck, and theres no other realtors I could imagine us with. We didnt really have to do alot, just get the paperwork together, and wait. The waiting was the hardest part. Rene made it so easy and painless, we basically just had to show up and sign the contract. Id highly recommend him, especially to anyone buying a home for the first time, because he takes all the fear & hard work out of it. Hes the best!

Review Rene was the best real estate agent I ever had. This is the third home for me. My mother will be living with me and saw the entire process and she has bought and sold about 9 homes during her life. She also said Rene was the best ever. I was living in Tampa, Florida and Rene mad it feel as I was on location by doing walk troughs with Skype. He responds very quickly to phone calls, text and emails. He is very energetic, honest and will do what is the best for the client. He will hand walk you through the buying process. He made himself available to me with very short notice. His assistant Catherine Weaver is wonderful part of the team helping you in buying a home. I would recommend Rene and his team to anybody.

Review Rene was extremely helpful and informative in helping us find and buy our first home. He was there every step of the way and made the process very simple and stress free. He has a wealth of knowledge of the housing market, loan and insurance agents, and local contractors. Rene was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs through through the whole process. He even stopped by to check on us several weeks after the close to see how we were doing, the moving process went, and how we were getting along in the new house. I will definitely be looking to him if/when the time comes to move again.

Review Being new in the area and trying to find a house is definitely not easy. In addition to that, my husband and I had never owned a house before... And then we found Rene and everything seemed so much easier! He walked us through the procedure, gave us all the advice we needed, answered the questions we had, and taught us what to look for in the houses we were looking, always based on the specific needs of our family. He would always make time to meet with us, always patient, never in a rush, despite his busy schedule... Review I have dealt with many realtors in my lifetime although Rene was by far the BEST when it came to working for your interests and not his pay. Rene took the time to show us many properties, pointed out problems, defects and resale potential as well as honest market analysis. When an owner turned down our offer, Rene was first to say the property is overpriced and we needed to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a realtor that is honest and willing to make money the correct way, Rene is your guy!

We actually found Rene by accident. My wife and I were thinking about moving from Smith Mountain Lake into Roanoke if we could find the perfect home. Review Rene Reiner was the most helpful realtor I have ever worked with. The first time he came to my home he gave me great advice on how to stage the house for sale and he did realistic comps of the neighborhood. He held an open house and realtor luncheon right after listing. He was honest, upfront, a wealth of information, and had the best photographer (Christopher Scott) who took award winning photographs of my property. I really felt he had my best interests at heart. Renes knowledge of different areas helped me look at homes where I would have never thought to look for.
