I’ll always have a soft spot for the underdog stories—the clients who thought homeownership was out of reach or who had been overlooked by other agents. One recent transaction that stands out was helping a hardworking couple who had been told “no” over and over again. I don’t usually like to talk about myself, but what I can say is that I’ve been a true student of this business from day one. What started with simply getting licensed turned into a journey of constant growth. I went on to become a licensed Real Estate Broker, have managed and coached agents on delivering better service, and—alongside my wife—built our own property management company under the PMI Inc. franchise. But I didn’t stop there. I also became a licensed mortgage lender (NMLS), working with one of the nation’s largest mortgage broker networks. I also make it a point to invest in my own education—attending real estate, lending, and property management seminars at least once per quarter.
