We were first time home buyers and she helped us buy our condo in Glendale while we were living in Washington, DC. She was incredibly patient with us through our countless questions. When we moved to Glendale, thanks to all the covid lockdowns, my wife and I quickly outgrew our condo and wanted to move out to the suburbs. So when we decided to sell we didn't even look for another realtor, but went straight to Rena. Yet again she did what needed to be done on our behalf. ZillowVERIFIED This is something I should've done a long time ago! From the very beginning, I told Rena that we were going to be difficult. To her credit she didn't even flinch when we told her what our budget for a new home was, (sub 400k in SoCal)! In addition to that requirement we gave her a laundry list of wishes for a new home, hardwood floors, high ceilings, three bed, two bath, big kitchen on a decent sized lot. She immediately went to work and within hours she had sent us a list of properties that met most or all of our criteria. In addition she researched several properties that we had found during our searches. She was 100% up front about the condition and possibilities of each property. She showed us the ones we picked and many more possible candidates. She was tireless in finding us our dream home and was very good at keeping us up to date. When we had questions, she had the answers. After looking at what seemed like a dozen properties, lots of fixer uppers (our budget was to blame), Rena finally found us the perfect home tucked away in the hills near the Angeles forest. This home came in well under our 400k budget and was turn key! The views are stunning and the sunsets are breath taking almost every night. We owe her much in terms of happy living in Southern California! Do not hesitate to call her for all of your real estate needs and desires! Additional Note: The buying process from offer to close was incredibly smooth and quick! This was due to Rena's expertise and professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Rena came to us as a surprise one Saturday afternoon in January when our original agent picked her to meet with us while he and his family enjoyed some much-needed R&R. We could tell right away Rena was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She had a lot of properties picked for us on our first day with her and by mid day she understood so much of what we liked and didn't like that we decided not to see the last few- by the next morning one house that she found for us (and we never even noticed on any of the sites) stood out enough to warrant an offer (even though I didn't feel it when we were actually viewing the home for the first time). Days later we realized how we unknowingly hit the house-hunting lottery and our offer was accepted on a fully-furnished, fully-remodeled house with an actual observatory in the backyard for $100,000 UNDER budget. The house and Rena grew on us as the says and weeks went by. My 11-year-old son mentioned one day how neat he felt knowing "...she is our real estate agent but she has also become our friend." We have kept in touch and we highly recommend her and Silva Realty as a family-based, go-to agent.
