ZillowVERIFIED Regina was a dream to work with. She was very honest when we were looking at properties about their highs and lows. It is obvious that Regina shows a house, she looks at all of the small details as if she were shopping for her own house. She will point out things that seem that they may be a concern. Regina was flexible, and was more than happy to work with my schedule. Regina kept me in the loop about what was happening every step of the way. I would definitely recommend Regina to my friends and family!

ZillowVERIFIED Regina Palmer is the best Realtor in this area. I have inquired about buying a house to a lot of Realtors and none of them showed interest. When I talked to Regina, not only did she show interest, she listen to what my wife and I wanted in a house. She is not only very down to earth but she is a real person and my wife and I consider her a very good friend now. She found us what we wanted, in the area we were looking and at the price we wanted. We love her to death and will be friends with her for life. ThNk you Regina, you are the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Regina was first our rental property manager, then selling agent. She was able to find great first tenants almost immediately. The quality of subsequent tenants were definitely lacking, but considering the area's options, Regina chose the best. After a couple of years of renting the property, Regina was our selling agent and we sold the house at near the asking price. Regina always seemed to be straight-forward in our interactions, active in finding tenants, and honest in expectations of the local housing market.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very helpful in setting a reasonable price for the house we sold. She kept me informed throughout the entire process. Due to the nature of the sale, our mother's house without a valid will, it was a difficult and drawn out process. She advised me on the actions I should take in this matter. This process began in June of 2017 and the sale was completed in Feb. of 2018.If I should ever have a need for an agent to assist me in the sale or purchase a house in the area she covers I would want her to handle it for me. She takes care of you whether you are the buyer or seller!!

ZillowVERIFIED From the minute my wife and I contacted Regina, until well after the final paper was signed at closing, Regina has worked harder than any real estate agent needs to. She provided her insight and her opinions to make sure that we not only got the home we were searching for, but we didn't get swindled in the process. She fought to get the repairs on the house that we asked for, a closing date that we discussed, and she was there at any time that we needed her. Regina was never late to an appointment, and while we were together she made us our number 1 priority. When it comes time to sell or rent our home, I'll be sure to look no further than Regina Palmer, and I suggest you do the same!

ZillowVERIFIED She did her home work by gaining knowledge of my home. She knew the surrounding selling prices of the areas homes. This enabled her to show me and my wife what our homes was worth. Other Realitors wanted to list our home $29,000 below the property value. Regina listed our home and sold one of our most valued possession for $16,000 more than other Realitors dared to list it for. She also sold our home in less than 3 months. Regina is an awesome Realtor and honorable person. I recommend her to my family, friends and you as well. Thank you Regina.

ZillowVERIFIED It can be rough changing homes all the time in the military. You never know what to expect. BUT with Regina she showed us great places because she heard us out before we went out. She took care of us the whole time we were in the house right through the end. Closing out with her was very professional.
