ZillowVERIFIEDRegina was recommended to me by my brother after he purchased his house 2-3years ago. Then without any pressure Regina answered all my questions, concerns or issues regarding home buying. Then throughout the process, she was very responsive, punctual, respectful and cordial when dealing with either myself or anyone we crossed paths with. She is also very knowledgeable in her career field and is willing to teach you and help you with what she knows! Ill definitely be doing business with her again and will recommend her to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy experience with Regina was truly a blessing. We connected at the right time and with her on my side things moved quickly and professionally. Regina is a dedicated, knowledgeable no nonsense experienced agent. I not only found my life-long agent but a friend and partner for all my future real estate transactions. I will share my great experience with all of my connections and highly recommend her business to all of my family members and friends.
ZillowVERIFIEDI like the fact she explains the process very detailed. She understands my needs and shows me home based on that and not just anything out there. Return calls and emails promptly. Very professional and patient.

ZillowVERIFIEDRegina was a lifesaver. I needed to sell a challenging piece of property after a divorce and out of state move. Regina marketed the property to appropriate buyers and was able to sell the house quickly. Regina really listened to my needs, explained my options thoroughly, and got my deal done so I could move on with my life. If I ever need to buy or sell another property in California, Regina is the agent I will turn to. I can't recommend her enough.
ZillowVERIFIEDRegina Ferron helped me find the perfect home for our family. She listened to our wants and needs and did not waste our time showing us properties that were not a good fit. Once we found our home, she took care of all of the details in a very timely manner and took all of the stress off of us. Whether buying or selling or looking for a rental property, I would highly recommend working with Regina Ferron. She definitely goes above and beyond for her clients.
ZillowVERIFIEDShe's an excellent realtor. She's extremely good with numbers, she's hard working and tries her very best to help. She's understanding and patient, that's where her skills from being a mom come out. And she gives you so much of her time and still maintains a positive attitude. She rocks as a person and a realtor.
