While that may sound simple, it wasn't - and we needed professional guidance to pick the right home and location. I appreciated Regan's patience as we went through more than 50 listings. But the one thing I knew is that when I called Regan to ask for a showing, she never tried to dissuade me, showed me all with open-mindedness, and gave advice only when asked. ZillowVERIFIED We were out of state buyers interested in a home on Whaley Lake, but we were unable to travel to see it in person. Regan Andrews was the listing agent and was tremendously responsive; she provided several Face Time video tours of the home and did other research to make us comfortable and well informed. She also facilitated excellent relations between us and the sellers, which has been invaluable as we moved in and needed to become familiar with the various home systems and the local service providers. My wife and I have bought / sold two dozen properties over the past three decades, and Regan has been the best realtor we have dealt with that entire time.

We were in the market for our first home, and we actually already had found a property online that we were super interested in. She made time to show us the property, we fell in love, and helped us put in an offer! Regan even took time to show us other similar properties just to help us see what else was out there. She was patient and pleasant and knowledgable about things we never would have known. Buying a home is scary, especially your first home, but we felt taken care of with her. Regan's response times were always speedy, and she even came to show the house to both sets of parents on different days so they could see the home. I highly recommend working with her and will make sure to refer her to friends who need an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Regan Andrews thoroughly explained her services prior to our signing a contract with her and Berkshire Hathaway to sell our beloved home. She respected our wishes during the process and relayed all offers to us for our review and ultimate decision. When speed bumps occurred along the way she was quick to outline the situations and offered suggestions on how to proceed. We ultimately accepted an offer and proceeded through numerous requests for inspections from our first time home buyers. Regrettably the buyers agent was extremely unprofessional but Regan was able to diffuse the situations created by the buyers agent and all proceeded to a closing that was handled very well by all parties involved. We would certainly highly recommend Regan and Berkshire Hathaway to any prospective buyers/sellers in the future.
