Reed Pirain is a native to Pittsburgh, growing up in Upper St. Clair. Coming from a family with a background in real estate, Reed started a Real Estate business with his two older brothers, John & David, and his sister Renee. NextHome PPM Realty has grown to be one of the top Real Estate Firms in the Greater Pittsburgh Area. In 2007 he welcomed his son Reese who becomes more of a mini Reed every day. Reed has SOLD over 150 Million Dollars and has been recognized as one of the top sales agents in the Metropolitan Pittsburgh Area by AEF Ring of Excellence. He recently obtained his Brokers License and has served on various boards and committees on both a local and state level. In 2020, Reed was appointed Realtor of the Year by the Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh for his continued excellence towards a greater future for the community of Pittsburgh and the Realtors who call this place home.

My experience with the RP Group/NextHome PPM Realty was nothing short of impressive and a truly positive experience. At a time when the housing market was very tough on the buyer, my agent was incredible and helped me find the perfect home. I worked with Michelle Senko and was pleased from Day 1. Michelle was very professional, respectful, honest, and a hard worker. Michelle quickly learned what things I liked and disliked and worked hard to find me potential properties. The thing I liked most, was that Michelle never made me feel pressured or forced into something. She was patient and I could tell she had my best interest in mind. Our journey had quite a few stumbling blocks and Michelle was there to help me through each one. At one point, I made an offer on a house that was accepted, and went through all of the necessary paperwork, which happened to be through a relocation company. This particular relocation company turned out to be a big hassle but Michelle fought for me the entire time and pressure them when needed. After weeks of back and forth and finally getting an inspection, we cancelled the deal because the seller's were not willing to negotiate. Michelle made sure I was not taken advantage of and was perfectly ok when the deal fell through. Michelle was more concerned about my personal happiness than a sale for herself. She never once tried to convince me to move forward with the deal and was very positive and supportive when I was upset and frustrated with what had happened. I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle and the rest of the RP Team. I had a positive experience at a time when it is difficult for that to happen. I am very grateful for Michelle and all that she did for me.

My wife and I worked with Casey Smith as first time home buyers and have nothing but great things to say about our experience. This isn't necessarily something that could be replicated for every homebuyer in every neighborhood, but we went from first contacting Casey in September to closing on a great house in late November. She was so helpful, friendly, responsive, and quick on the draw. The house that we eventually bought? She got us in the door to tour less than 24 hours after it was listed. When we said we were ready to make a move on it? The offer was prepared, docusigned, and submitted that same day. Speed was really a factor during a crazy time in this market and it paid off for us in major ways. We are so, so thankful for all of her hard work!
