ZillowVERIFIEDMy home buying experience with Rebecca was very positive! She took the time to get to know me and the neighborhoods I was looking to live in. She was timely in her responses to my questions and she shared a lot of helpful tips to me as a first time home buyer. She also provided me with some great lender options in the D.C. area. Overall, she was an amazing helper throughout my whole journey to buying my first condo. I HIGHLY recommend to her to all of my friends and colleagues!

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca provides top-notch service. We purchased the first and only home we saw, in our desired neighborhood. This wouldn't have been possible had Rebecca not been on top of all communication, knowledgeable about area comps, and thoughtful in our offer. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and have Rebecca to thank.

ZillowVERIFIED So... I did a thing! After ruminating about whether or not to sell my house for literally 2 years, I finally pushed GO. Actually, I reached out to Rebecca to inform her I finally decided to sell in the Spring, and she pressed GO, like NOW. And I'm glad she did. I don't think I would have survived selling in the Spring. She's very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process, was always receptive to my needs, and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. This market is crazy (I'm also buying) so I'm glad to have her as my realtor. She priced my home just right (I wasn't sure, but she found the comps and priced accordingly) and it sold for WAY MORE than I could have ever expected. She 'knows her stuff' as they say. Some of the contract documents can be overwhelming, but I felt comfortable knowing she's well versed in the real estate business.

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca was an extremely skilled and helpful realtor who made purchasing our first home straigtforward despite the fact that we were buying out of state and had to complete the majority of the purchase, including initial walkthrough, initial inspection, and all negotiations remotely due to covid restrictions. Throughout the full homebuying process Rebecca put our needs first, carefully refining her selections of properties for viewing based on our changing criteria, taking us through detailed walkthroughs where she frankly pointed out issues we would not have caught, carefully preparing required documentation to insure we understood our obligations as buyers and that we were protected in the case of issues with the house popping up late in the purchasing process, answering our questions even if we reached out late in the evening or over weekends/holidays, and finally never pressuring us to move forward when we were uncomfortable even going so far as to support our decision to pull out of 2 initial contracts due to discovery of issues in the house following inspections as well as letting us delay closing on our finally purchased house late into a Friday evening during which she was constantly available helping us secure last minute funds from our homes seller to address last minute issues that only became apparent in the final walkthrough. We cannot recommend Rebecca enough!!!

ZillowVERIFIED I still remember the day like it was yesterday. I walked into a room about 40ft by 20ft. I shook her hand. I remember thinking; whats such a young lady going to help me with; I expected an older agent; She cant know very much. I was wrong. I was very wrong. It was my first house. First, she broke down the entire process into nuggets I could easily remember: What starts the process, what comes next, what pitfalls to expect, the ones to look out for, what ends the process, and then timelined everything beyond taking notes. I never expected to understand the whole process in one seating. Coming from a first-time home buyer and excluding my research, this amount of knowledge was invaluable, I thought. There was more to come. She found the most amazing homes Id ever seen. Almost learned my taste overnight. Sat down with agents and broke down numbers. Let me know exactly when to walk away even when my stubborn self wanted to keep bargaining. It was like seeing a a seasoned investor with an eye for charts. I was thoroughly impressed. There was more to come. She found one of the most beautiful homes Id ever seen. And when I decided to walk away because it was outside my budget, she studied the nuances that I loved about that house and found me the EXACT same design (essentially the same house!) at a price I could afford and with more incentives! I found my dream house! That wasnt all. Then came the technicalities. She was there for every meeting, patiently waited till each item was thoroughly concluded, saw corners I didnt see. When items lagged, she pushed the builders and maintained a list of outstanding and fulfilled items. When it came time to close, she reviewed everything and made sure I was aligned with facts and expectations each step of the way. I found my dream home, yes, but I found a beautiful dream home with all I wanted and within my budget because of Rebecca. I dont think I could have had a more rewarding experience, a more comforting analyst, or a more attentive solicitor in my corner than Rebecca. Shes become family to me at this point. I have so much I could write about this experience. But one thing is for certain, Rebecca is an impeccable agent and I would definitely recommend her a thousand times and more.

ZillowVERIFIED The experience with Rebecca was amazing. She helped me with selling my condo and buying a new one at the same time and it all was seamless. I got above asking price for my condo and she negotiated a great deal on my new condo. Thank you :-)

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca is always available to answer questions and explain the process of buying a home. In the beginning, she walked me through the process and asked about my wants and needs. Once I found the home I wanted, she advised me to put in a strong offer to cancel the open house that was supposed to happen that week - and it worked. She was able to negotiate a move in before closing, and was able to get me more money at closing because I'm a first time homebuyer. If she wasn't with me at closing I would not have known to ask. After closing, she has continued to get in touch with me to ensure that everything has gone smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Exceptional service and fast turn around time. I could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend Rebecca for any and all real estate services. I was selling the home my son owned and as the executor of my son's estate needed to unload the property ASAP. Not only did Rebecca take care of all my needs very quickly, I was able to sell the property for more than I expected. She did an outstanding job!!

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca Williams is best-in-class, and is more than just a Real Estate Professional, becoming my friend and mentor too.I had to move across the country for work, with only weeks notice, and Rebecca went out of her way to find my dream home. She scouted out potential homes, and sent videos, live streams, and commentary on the house and the area. She listened to what I was looking for, and found me my dream house and walked me through the process of buying my first home.Whether you're new to the area, or have lived here your entire life, whether you're buying your first home, or your fifth, I would absolutely recommend Rebecca Williams to all of my friends and family with no reservations.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough positive things about Rebecca Williams. She helped us sell a home that had been in the family for 70 years. Rebecca is professional. She knew the area and the value of properties similar to the one we were selling. In a short time, she presented us with several offers and worked closely with us throughout the negotiation and settlement process. From beginning to end, she was knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. In addition to her professional manner and expertise, she is a warm and caring person who I would gladly go to again.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I are very happy of the service we received from Rebecca. In September of 2018 we contacted her for help in selling our condo in the DC area as well as purchasing a single family home in Baltimore. Rebecca consistently met and exceeded our expectations in both real estate dealings. She impressed us with her professionalism, quick responsiveness and attention to detail. Further, Rebecca helped us set a selling price that netted a maximum gain on our DC condo and she gave valuable advice in structuring a purchase offer that gave us instant equity gain on our new house in Baltimore. She made the complicated home purchasing process much easier and stayed on top of all milestones we needed to accomplish during the closing process. Of utmost importance to me is the fact that Rebecca continued to provide service long after our home purchase, with the goal of ensuring we were not only satisfied customers but also obtained all we paid for from our seller.

ZillowVERIFIED Rebecca is passionate about her clients. She found me a home that checked all the boxes and had everything I wanted. I liked it and wanted to make an offer. However, that wasnt enough for Rebecca. She had the deal in hand, but wanted me to love my house. We went back out another day and she found me a home that I loved in a better neighborhood. I'm glad I waited and I'm glad I listened to the expert. Most importantly I'm glad I chose Rebecca.
