ZillowVERIFIED Want someone that gives a damn? Have hired over 20 "agents" in my time and only one actually cared - Ray The others talk crap and then wait for the phone to ring. Most frustrating is the "oh I have someone that wants to see your property" a week before their listing expires. If I had a dollar for every time I have seen that one.... No crap - just sales - or you can choose a cell phone watcher.

ZillowVERIFIED During this COVID19 I was so worried about selling my property but Ray gave me a perfect solution. Communication was so fast and everything was digitalized and it was so convenience. I was worried about showing home to other people might be difficult because we were living in but it was easier than I thought. Ray provided me a smartphone app that control people visiting time which was so useful!!. I guess I said too much. I really liked the experience with Ray York.
