About Raul Sotelo Vasquez
Raul Sotelo knows better than most that life is truly precious. Diagnosed with cancer and struggling with kidney failure, he found solace in his faith, and through it, a second opportunity. Inspired by his brother's real estate success, Raul is using this rare opportunity and his natural persistence to help others enjoy the benefits of sound real estate investment.
Growing up in the San Fernando Valley, Raul has a discerning understanding of the Greater Los Angeles area and its numerous housing markets. It's knowledge that he's effectively used to close transactions all across the region. He's thrilled by the potential of smart investments and loves illuminating this path for his clients. He also boasts a history as a licensed solar contractor, supervising major civic projects for the city of La Crescenta.
As a JohnHart agent, Raul regularly taps into his team of experts to reliably provide the best in customer service. His clients can rest assured that there is always someone here, working in their best interests.
When not making real estate dreams come true, Raul remembers to simply enjoy life and never take it for granted. He especially cherishes taking trips with his family or unwinding with a game of basketball.

Community Involvement
Proud member of the Granada Hills Salad Bowl Garden Club, where I enjoy connecting with the community, promoting sustainable gardening, and helping create greener neighborhoods.
HOBBIES/INTEREST
Outside of real estate, I enjoy playing basketball at Sylmar Park, spending time with my kids at their baseball, soccer, and cheer events, and helping others learn about the benefits of an alkaline-based lifestyle and healthy living.
FAMILY
Family is my greatest motivation. I'm a proud father of three amazing children--two beautiful daughters and one wonderful son. They inspire me every day to work hard, serve others with integrity, and help families find a place they can truly call home.
