We put in an offer and long story short it didn't work out. A week later we found 'the' house but it was 2 hours away from Lynchburg. We thought we would need to look for another agent, but no. Randy made the 4 hour round trip to the house! He is dedicated to customer service with a personal touch. We would highly recommend Randy Higgins if you are looking for a buying agent!

I could contact him at any point in time wanting to see a home and he would basically jump in his truck and meet us there. He never tried to push anything on us because he honestly wanted us to be happy with our purchase and not regretful. When we closed on our home he checked up on us a few days later to make sure we were all settled and told us to contact him if we needed anything at all. Schyler took charge, had a professional photographer come in to take pictures (he does this with all clients) and arranged the photos in an order that made sense - as if you were walking through the house as if on tour. Why other realtors don't do this is beyond me. Schyler and his team had every detail under control, he gave us helpful hints and encouragement throughout the process. I would highly recommend Schyler Higgins when it comes time to sell your home. Schyler and his team gets your house sold quickly and professionally!
