This is our second house we have bought with Everett. He went above and beyond the first time so we knew we needing him again this time around. We sold our first house and bought our second all on the same day. He made selling and buying our home a smooth process Everett was there every step of the way. He answered every question we had and made sure he was available when we needed him. He is very professional but also when you talk with him its like talking to a friend. He was able to work it out with the seller to be able to move some of our things in a few days early which really helped move things along.
