Glen helped me find the perfect home. He worked around my schedule. I get off at 9 pm and he spent countless evenings showing me homes until I found one. His aggressive negotiating skills, and professional reputation helped me get the house under contract. I was super surprised , because most houses had many bids ,and this house was only on the market 2 days. Once we were under contract Glen worked behind the scenes, and didnt even worry me with issues that needed taken care of. 30 days later I was a home owner! He continues to follow up with my move, and helps out when He can. I highly recommend working with Glen Kitzman! When its time to sell, He will be my first phone call. Thank you Sir!

Glen did an excellent job making what could have been a complicated transaction feel simple and well-managed. Even though we were out of state, Glen worked seamlessly with us to schedule showings, coordinate everything remotely, and was always onsite when we needed him. He guided us through our initial offer and multiple counteroffers, clearly explaining each step and helping us make confident decisions along the way. He also brought a welcome touch of military efficiency, which I especially appreciated when coordinating with other realtors and contractors. Communication was consistent and transparent throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and stress-free. This is our second house we have bought with Everett. He went above and beyond the first time so we knew we needing him again this time around. We sold our first house and bought our second all on the same day. He made selling and buying our home a smooth process Everett was there every step of the way. He answered every question we had and made sure he was available when we needed him. He is very professional but also when you talk with him its like talking to a friend. He was able to work it out with the seller to be able to move some of our things in a few days early which really helped move things along. Everett has continued to check in with us as we get settled into our new house. I will always recommend him to anyone I know thats looking to sell or buy.
