ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience with Bocook! We worked with Cathy Hicks and she was amazing! Cant recommend her enough! She helped us find a house that is just right for us. But beyond that she took care of our whole family through the entire process. She was so caring to our young children as they came with us to all of our meetings. We moved from out of state, which was daunting to us, but she was so knowledgeable about the process and the area, which helped us move forward confidently. She was always quick to answer any/all of our questions. Shes become a friend, sharing in our excitement and even a personal welcome gift when everything was final. Thank you Cathy!

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely amazing! Shes patient, knows her stuff, and wont stop until she gets you your dream home and the best deal. We looked for houses for 5 months and had a hard time finding exactly what we were looking for. Sarah was able to bring expertise about the areas, schools, and future growth. Id recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED In this market, there are very few favorable conditions for buyers... Unless you have a guy like Mark going to bat for you! He was extremely patient with me and my wife, as we both had different ideas about what we needed in our new home. I can't tell you how many houses he showed us, never pressuring us or getting frustrated with our indecisions.

ZillowVERIFIED We were in the initial stages of planning a move to Richmond Hill from out of state. Less than five minutes after filling out an interest form online, we got a call from Penny. Six months later we were under contract on our dream home. From that first call until we moved in Penny provided first-class service. She was able to answer all of our questions throughout the process, facilitate all needed communications, provide recommendations on local lenders, and even coordinate some painting prior to our move in. We are still in disbelief at how smooth the process was and highly recommend Penny for any real-estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Good dude, who was honest about the market and quick to respond when he was needed. Energetic, and cared about his work. Which is really the primary thing I think most want, honesty, competence, and conscientiousness.

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Bocook started with me renting a home and then finding out a couple months later that the owners were selling. Instead of hearing hey you gotta move, I heard hey you gotta move BUT we are giving you one of our best realtors! Courtney Ulmer is extremely patient, honest and a very active go getter. She does not just sit on the sidelines and wait for things to happen she's upfront not only delegating but most times doing everything that needs to be done. Whenever I felt like giving up Courtney was right there with the encouragement and sometimes physical push I needed to keep moving. It's rare that I give shout-outs but Courtney Ulmer deserves that and so much more.

ZillowVERIFIED My little family had always dreamed of moving to the east coast. We found an area we like and started dreaming. I was contacted by a local agent there in Savannah by the name of Caleb Hill, he stayed in contact with me even when I was just dreaming!! He helped me make our dream a reality and walked us through the out of state buying process!! I give him credit for the follow up and the will to never give up on an out of state buyer with a dream of moving to the east coast. We took a quick vacation to see the area before committing and Caleb was right there waiting for us. He showed us around and connected us with new home builders in the area. With the market being so crazy right now when we found one we liked he was instantly on his way to the property to do a video walk through for us!! When it was time to put in an offer.... which the property already had multiple offers on it... he directed us and gave professional recommendations on how to approach the offer. With his expertise and professionalism we landed the 1st house we offered on. A new construction build home, in our price range in our time frame exactly where we wanted !!! It was such a blessing to have him. I would recommend him to anyone coming to the Savannah Georgia area. I will now also consider him a friend!! Thank you Caleb and thank you Bocook Realty!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Bocook Realty was amazing! We love working with TJ Torre. He is the best agent weve worked with. Guiding us through each step of the way. He went above and beyond to make sure our process was as smooth as possible and took care of all the details that we didnt know we could miss. It was a long process of searching for the right home for us. And we were discouraged but not TJ. He made sure we keep our hopes up for the right house and the right timing. We found our dream home and fell in love with it! Looking back, all I could remember was the fun memories that we had viewing these houses and how amazing TJ was as an agent, and a friend!

ZillowVERIFIED We were new to Savannah. She was helpful while we were still in NYC. Showed us homes by video. Even explored rentals with us. She was very accommodating as we looked at numerous homes and patient until we finally decided as a family in the home we love. She walked us through a few disappointments. All very challenging but she asked questions, provided perspective, and offered resources.

ZillowVERIFIED She's extremely personable, friendly, and always willing to hear you out. She wanted to make sure she got us exactly what we wanted and wouldn't settle. She offered to put days aside for us to go look at multiple properties along side her. She's very knowledgeable about Georgia, the savannah and Pooler area, and the surrounding areas we were looking into. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone who wants a great realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED TJ worked his butt off for us. He was patient, professional and always had our best interests in mind, while NEVER pressuring us to accept anything we were not happy with. I felt like we had a house shopping expert teaching us how to buy our forever house and it meant as much or more to him for our dream to be realized. We are so grateful for his help.

ZillowVERIFIED Tj was an outstanding realtor. As a first time home buyer, I had my fair share of questions during the process. Tj was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive through the whole experience. Even in this crazy market, Tj took the time to make me feel like a priority even with so many other clients asking for his help and I have no doubts they also felt like they were his priority too.

ZillowVERIFIED Ashley was absolutely amazing! I was a very nervous seller and asked lots of questions! She made herself available at odd hours due to our job schedules and was a lighting fast texter. She is a aEURoestraight shooteraEUR? and aEURoetold it like it isaEUR? which was exactly how our family likes to communicate! She stayed in the pain with us in a house that was a hard sell due to unique color (coastal pink) and a backyard that needed repairs. She didnt sugar coat things and advocated for us for the RIGHT deal. If we sell again one day we would seek her and the Bocook team out immediately!

ZillowVERIFIED Tara Hook is 100% what brought us to Bocook Realty. She really knows her stuff. We feel totally confident putting our home purchase in her hands. Plus, she is kind and personable. She cares to really take the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and never once pressured us in any particular direction. She was also able to give us various referrals to professionals that we needed to contact for assistance in different areas.
