As I had been in my home for 35 years and loved in the general area my whole life this was a very difficult move for me. Randi couldnt have been nicer or more understanding. Although I did have some geographic limitations as determined by my childrens homes I otherwise was undecided about many aspects of my search. Randi was extremely kind and patient and was a tremendous help in having me focus and narrow down my considerations. She is extremely knowledgeable in the areas I was looking in (mostly Essex and Morris counties) and had a great familiarity with what different towns had to offer. In viewing potential places to purchase she had a keen eye for quality of exterior construction as well as interior finishings. I never felt rushed by her as she clearly planned her showings with more than adequate time. She was diligent in looking at comps and therefore well aware of value. I am extremely happy with my final choice - I know I couldnt have done better with my choice for a home and my realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Poor service. Not giving the expert guidance. Didn't show up for the home inspection. Sent an assistant. Showed up for septic inspection and texted me that she is at the site. Seller's agent, seller and I were discussion at the inspection area. She didn't bother to come and see what's going on at the inspection. When inspection was done, she left. Didn't review the home inspection or septic inspection for three days. When I called her for her opinion, she said that she didn't review it after three days. Anytime I asked her opinion, her response is " you need to decide", my job is just to show you the property (BTW she didn't find this property) and send you market data on the nearby property. This is my 5th home I am buying. I never had any experience before.
