ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I worked with the Ron Sawyer Team purchasing our first home together and we were lucky enough to have Ralph. We are a few states away and Ralph went out of his way to FaceTime us on walk throughs of houses, take pictures, videos, and tell us the nitty gritty when it came to it. My wife and I were nervous going into the process of buying our first home, but Ralph made it so simple and we cant thank him enough.

ZillowVERIFIED The Ron Sawyer is absolutely amazing! They will take care of you! I use them to buy, sell, and rent! They also give me the best information to make financially smart decisions for my family! In the 4 years I have conducted business with them in their different departments, not once have I ever felt that their intentions have come from a self monetary perspective.

The Ralph Immello team listed and sold our previous condo and represented our family as we put an offer on our current house. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I have worked with Ralph Immello and the Ron Sawyer Team for approximately 1.5yrs. The compassion, consideration and respect they've shown my family is something you rarely find. Buying a home is such a huge deal and not once have my husband or I ever felt pressured to make a decision when we were hesitant or rushed through a showing (and we've had a lot!). Ralph and his team definitely do their homework, study the houses before your showing and come prepared to answer every question you can come up with. If they don't have an accurate response, they're honest and follow up with you promptly to set your mind at ease. I'll be both elated and sad when this process is over. Working with Ralph and his team deserves 10 stars, so do yourself a favor and contact them!!

ZillowVERIFIED My family and I recently relocated to the Chesapeake area and a friend recommended the Ron Sawyer team for our home search and have made this transition as smooth as possible. I cannot say enough great things about Ralph Immelo on his team. Ralph has made not only I feel comfortable moving to a new state with young children but he has been a resource for everything you could imagine when moving to an unknown area. He has taken our calls at any time and we have never been rushed when going through our home search. I am greatly to Ralph and the Ron Sawyer team for everything theyve done for my family and I.

ZillowVERIFIED Ralph and The Ron Sawyer Team helped me sell my home. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They were professional and always willing to answer all my questions. Ralph recommended doing an open house and that's when we got an offer on it. The Ron Sawyer Team held my hand throughout the entire process and made sure to reach out throughout the whole process. I will recommend them to anyone that needs help with finding or home or selling one. They will not let you down!!

ZillowVERIFIED Ralph Immello worked with me for a whole year because I wasnt quite sure what I wanted. He was very patient and every time he greeted me, it was with a smile on his face. He was very encouraging and when I finally found what I wanted, he got me through every step of the buying process. It was an excellent experience. I have since recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.

ZillowVERIFIED Ralph Immello is fantastic! We were looking for a home casually for more than a year, and he never pressured us to move more quickly but was always immediately responsive when we wanted a viewing. He was straightforward with his opinions on houses we viewed -- never overly rosy just to make a sale. He was supportive each time we scheduled a viewing only to discover that the house just wasn't for us. When we finally found a home we fell in love with, he helped us every step of the way. Because of his hard work, valuable advice, and interactions with the selling agent, we wound up getting the house we wanted despite many competing bids. I would recommend him to anyone. Seriously, this is a great agent.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a wonderful experience working with Ralph Immello @ the Ron Sawyer Team. They were patient, knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating to my schedule and ever-changing interests. He answered all of my questions, provided expert advice, and never pressured me. With the help of the team, the typically stressful home-buying experience was a lot easier and even a little fun. I trust them and refer anyone who asks.

ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience with The Ron Sawyer Team! Our agent is Susan. She is knowledgeable, organized, professional and kind. We were first-time home buyers so the house-purchasing process was totally new to us. Susan was always patient with us. She replied to our questions promptly and with all the essential details. She carefully guided us so that we could successfully get a nice house. The resources Susan recommended were great too, such as the house appraiser, the banker, and home inspector. Also thanks to the team, Ralph and Megan gave us great help when Susan was out-of-town.
