It wasn?t just about his abundant experience in selling one more property, it was about how he sold this duplex against all odds. If Raffi had not extensively coached both seller and buyer on how to make this deal happen, it wouldn?t have sold. He is the consummate professional with a huge heart! Raffi has sold a few properties for me and I have referred him to friends. Everyone I know had the best experience with him. He is by far the most honest real estate agent I ever met!
