We jumped into the housing market pretty fast after touring a home that met our criteria. RaeAnne came highly recommended from friends and was called that evening. By the next day she had our offer written out and worked with our lender to make us as competitive as possible. A hasty and stressful situation was simplified by RaeAnnes patience and willingness to go through each bullet point to make sure we felt comfortable and heard. My husband and I got so lucky when we happened to meet RaeAnne at an open house. We were in the market to buy and had spoke to several agents but she totally won us over with her knowledge and honesty. She even drove over 40+ miles to look at houses with us. Once we found the one we loved she was able to beat out 14 offers including some cash. Which we did not have. He negotiating skills are top notch. If you are looking for an agent do yourself a favor and hire RaeAnne if you are serious about buying or selling.

My wife and I used RaeAnne to sell out townhome in West Seattle. We interviewed several different agents and she made the choice of using her easy. Her communication and sellers packet were both great, she walked us through the entire process as this was our first time selling a home, gave recommendations of where to spend money on updates/minor fixes (we went with most all of them), and gave accurate timelines for work and sales transaction. When it came to the listing we were FLOORED with the pictures and staging and sold after our first week on the market for over our optimistic asking price! We whole-heartedly recommend her to both buyers and sellers as she really made us feel heard, had our interests before her own, and earned every cent of her commission!
