One of my most recent transactions was one I'll never forget. We had a short timeline as my clients had their first baby on the way, and their apartment lease was ending. The game was ON! We were able to find them a brand new construction home, negotiate $12,000 in closing costs assistance for them, as well as ensure the home had some additional upgrades included at no cost to the buyers. They were able to not only close before their bundle of joy arrived, but fully settle in and make the house a HOME. I adored these clients, and we are now close friends!
I over-heard one of my friends working her own real estate business & I very quickly thought it would be the perfect field for me.
