The house I was selling was part of an estate, so it was different than many home sales. She knew the area well. She talked me through scenarios that needed to be fixed before putting it on the market. She asked me what my personal goals were and ensured they were met, and then some. The photography, also handled by their team, was superb, as well as the fix and fluff process. Everything went almost exactly as she planned it. Michele took all the time I needed for me to understand every detail and piece of legalese in all the contracts. The Radtke team did not disappoint.

ZillowVERIFIED The Radtke Team is THE BEST. Seriously. We love them. Justin was awesome. We moved from upstate NY and had 3 weeks to find and close on a house. And he did it. Even in what has probably one of the craziest times to be buying a house. We loved his personality and the level of communication and care he brought to our family. For the longest time our toddler said Justin was his best friend. (LOL). Seriously though, the Radtkes are great. They are kind, patient, fun, and of course, no pressure from them. Even if Justin wasnt available at the exact moment we wanted to see a house, he got someone from his team to be there ASAP. When we are ready to buy or sell another house you can bet well be calling Justin and The Radtke Team again.

In this strange housing market we find ourselves in I was a little uneasy about selling my house not knowing if I?d make enough to find anything else worth moving to. I reached out to them and they gave their best estimate of what my old house could sell for, quickly got it listed on several platforms with excellent pictures and description. We got an asking price offer the first day that was ultimately what we ended up accepting. While waiting to close on selling we found the best possible house we could have dreamed of in our price range that went on the market. That day Justin was quick to get us in the house and Michelle even wrote a personalized letter to the seller that was included in our offer and ultimately won them over. They were able to coordinate closing on the new house the day after selling the old and it was all a very seamless process. Justin and Michelle communicated well and quickly with us throughout the entire process. I bought my first house with them at a great time, sold it for a huge profit, and now we have our dream home.
