She didnt rush us when we were making our improvements, we had a timeline that we agreed upon to go to market, and then she came in and absolutely crushed it with the styling. Seriously, she brought so many decor pieces and furniture and even plants to make the house look picture perfect! I havent heard of a realtor going above and beyond like that before, it really made us feel special and like we were in great hands. She was there for every open house, private showing, inspection, and had the same energy every time. Her team is also amazing, from the media to the transaction coordinators, everyone is very quick and professional. Racquel was always in our corner seriously putting in work to get our house sold and I'm so grateful for her help!

ZillowVERIFIED You will not find a better real estate agent, not in Santa Clarita, not anywhere. These days, real estate agents are a dime a dozen, but when you work with Racquel you realize she isnt like the others. While she is knowledgeable, knows the industry, does her research on the comps, and she also puts in so much effort and really has an eye for the details that matter. We initially began working with another agent at Remax and quickly realized he was only interested in doing the bare minimum. After switching to Racquel the difference was striking. She goes out of her way with every aspect of the sale. Even before the house was listed, she put in so much time and effort to make sure everything was perfect. She isnt afraid to invest her time and resources to ensure the deal is made and the house sells for what its worth. She even brought our son cookies, which is a small gesture but one of many things Racquel does to make sure her clients are happy. She has a aEURoecan doaEUR? attitude toward everything. When I had concerns about a particular term in one of the offers, she came back to us with solutions that let me know she really heard me. Five minutes with her and you will see she knows her stuff and works hard. Working with her was an absollute pleasure and she made every step of the process easier. My husband and I are so happpy we found Racquel and we highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, "get it done" real estate agent I would highly recommend Racquel Wilder. I didn't have an agent and had been looking on my own for several month's when I met Racquel at one of her client's open house . I wasn't interested in that property however I was impressed with Racquel and she became my agent. In 1 month we opened escrow and 30 days later we closed escrow. The process was very smooth primarily because Racquel was highly organized and always 1 step ahead of everything. She also has a great team of mortgage loan people, escrow group and home inspectors not to mention many relationships with other real estate agents which really helped in the final negotiations

Racquel walked us through the very basics without making us feel dumb or unprepared, and at each home we toured, she helped us pick up bits and pieces of knowledge along the way that ultimately led us to our dream home.
