We were not local due to being military and she was more than happy to go to different listings and send us videos of houses and neighborhoods that we were considering. After our offer was accepted her team continued to stay in contact with us giving us weekly updates on the status of our house until closing. Rachel was open and honest about everything the whole time and I could not recommend her more.

She's so knowledgeable and transparent about the process. When we found ourselves purchasing again, we used Rachel. This time around it was a new build. With my husband stationed overseas and our family still located out of state, Rachel visited homes for us and sent us thorough tours for us to watch. She was always available to chat and was always a step ahead of us- scheduling tours and gathering info about any home we were interested in. She walked us through each step and answered all our questions. She went above and beyond making sure our home was perfect! In our final walk through before closing, she even addressed issues with the seller that I was too excited to notice ??. However, Rachel made it her mission to make sure we were all on track & everyone had the same information if for some reason something wasnt being sent to all parties. She made the experience as pleasing as possible with all of the hiccups we had. Rachel was extremely professional & she always gave her professional opinion on things even if it was something we didnt want to hear, but NEEDED to hear.
