There was a lot more pointing fingers, then excepting responsibility and fixing the problem. The multiple times I contacted you about the fixes after my offer is accepted. The answer was always aEURoeI dont knowaEUR?. And that you would reach out to the buyer and reach back out to me. But I will give you credit that you did reach out via text letting me know that you were unsure. This was up until our final conversation were both lender and buyers agent were pointing fingers at each other Rather than fixing the problem. Maybe your plate was a bit too full with other clients. I was expecting a bit more assistance, considering was my first time buying, and you didnt have much knowledge to offer other than what Zillow stated in the research she did who is the single report that was ran to compare to other prices on the block.
