ZillowVERIFIED When we were connected with Rachel, we were just beginning our house buying journey. She was excellent throughout the whole process. Even though we were picky buyers, we never felt rushed by Rachel or that she was pushing us towards houses that ultimately didn't interest us. At the same time, we were consider different options for selling our house and I am glad she swooped in as she helped us get on the market at a higher price than we thought possible while still landing us a buyer within the first week on the market. She helped us negotiate with both the seller of our new house and with the buyers of our old house for repairs, closing costs, etc. This was also my husband's first time experiencing this process and she was kind and thoughtful in explaining steps to him and ensuring he was also happy with the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow. Too much to actually write. Selecting Rachel as my realtor was one of the best decisions I could have made. I was real close to going with a cheaper less personal realty company (not to mention any names) because I wanted to collect as much money as possible. But once I met Rachel, I knew she would work very hard to get my house sold. Rachel did everything I ask her to do while being 5 hours away in another state. I put my trust in her to fulfill my every concern, and she followed through. Everything from putting air freshners in the house, cleaning up my mistakes, and referencing contract labor to fix things at the house, she did it right. Not to mention on one occasion, when I was locked out of my house after driving 5 hours, she responded to my call at 1:00 AM in the morning to give me a key to my house. What other realtor would do that? Once again, very hard to put everything into words, but I can assure you, there is not a better agent out there that will work harder for you. Rachel truly was a life saver and sold my home within 2 months. Rachel. Thank you so much for everything that you did. You are excellent at your trade and I will always call you my friend. ZillowVERIFIED OK, I will try to be brief. It was quite the journey Rachel and I went on. I was a ball and chain for her for eight months. My house looked horrendous. Rachel was able to assist me in ideas, contractors, and encouragement. There were many times I just wanted to hang it up and she was always, I mean always was able to see through it all and maintain absolute professionalism. She fought for me and I drug her through half of Ga looking for a home as well. You will not find a better realtor. Not gonna happen! I consider her a true friend. Called all the time to see how I was doing. The contractor for my home worked at approximately 70% going rate (possibly less). Painters could not have been better. I know I am rambling but if you ever have the opportunity to work with Rachel you will be writing a review just as glowing. I promise. I will never forget you Rachel. I hope and pray your life is as gentle with you as you are a gift to my life. ~Mark
