Always stayed communicated with us on everything very professional response with all of our calls and texts and worries with the cops were in that area than any other realtor that came by. The buyers needed more time and she got them to even pay for our mortgage for the month. We have to sit there longer to wait for the sale to be completed.

ZillowVERIFIEDRachel was extremely helpful in finding a rental property during a recent move from overseas. She listened to the requirements my wife and I submitted and generated a list for us to review. Once we narrowed down our choices she arranged viewings and went over and above to make sure we could see the houses despite our remote location. When possible she did video calls and when that was not feasible she recorded he walk through and sent the video electronically. On one occasion she even spent an hour driving between houses to ensure my wife and I were able to see the most houses in a very compressed window. During the signing process she always represented our interests and was very knowledgeable about local procedures and regulations. She even met us to deliver the keys to the new house since we were not able to do the walkthrough due to our travel timelines.
