ZillowVERIFIEDWe have known Rachel for over 10 years and she has been instrumental in all of our Real Estate transactions. She has an incredible understand of the market, pricing and how to negotiate difficult and complex transactions. Her ability to position properties and to market them for the best and highest use is next to none. Beyond all the great things I can say about her Skill in Real Estate, she is a genuine and great person to know.

ZillowVERIFIED We haven't yet purchased a home with Rachael, but we were put in touch with her through Zillow and have found her to be extremely kind, knowledgeable and attentive to our specific needs - like not only our style preferences, but our sensitivity to homes with any mold or other environmental toxins - she has a lot of knowledge and compassion on these issues and was able to help give us advice and referrals for specialist inspectors and remediators in the area, should we need them. She is very personable, easy to work and makes herself available for her clients. I would definitely recommend Rachel if you are looking for a good agent you can trust.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently had the pleasure of working with Rachael, an outstanding real estate agent who made our home-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. From our very first meeting, she took the time to understand our needs and preferences, showing genuine interest in helping us find the perfect home. Rachael was always available to answer our questions and provided valuable advice throughout the process. Her knowledge of the local market was impressive, and she guided us to some fantastic locations that fit our budget, and a few that were above our budget (that we actually decided to buy). What truly stood out was her friendly personality and dedication; she made us feel like we were her top priority. Thanks to Rachael, we are now happily settled in our new home, and I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable and caring real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael singlehandedly made the entire home buying process fun. She's extremely knowledgeable about both the homes and the buying process, realistic about budgets and renovations needed at each property, and incredibly responsive so that we were able to get our dream starter home within the extremely competitive market of northeast Portland. I couldn't recommend Rachael more, and can't wait until the next time we get to work with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Rachael to sell our home in Happy Valley in 2019. Rachael was attentive, empathetic, and tenacious. She managed my demanding expectations and our most critical needs. She prioritized properly and her communication was timely and on point. The outcome was better than what we expected. We sold for a fair price much quicker than we anticipated. Rachael was attentive even months after the closing. Rachael comes with my highest recommendation. She is highly skilled, extremely professional, and she was truly fun to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED Very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. They did a lot of marketing before the official listing. We sold the house to the first buyer that walked through. I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Rachael was outstanding. She has gone above and beyond on every occasion. From educated guidance during the listing period to post closing help, she has been fantastic. Rachael and her team hosted well planned open house dates and used her knowledge of the local market to attract well qualified buyers. She will also provide detailed recommendations for preparing your home for sale. With Rachael, our home had multiple offers over the asking price in one weekend and went pending in 3 days on the market! I would strongly recommend using Rachael and the Nick Shivers team to list your home.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Rachael Peterson highly enough. All rating factors were tested during my move from out-of state to Portland - her local knowledge, communication, engineering/construction knowledge and negotiation skills were tops. She went out of the way to show me neighborhoods, she could answer any question on construction and building matters and the real estate process. When negotiations reached a snag due to factors beyond her control, she doggedly worked to get things right and successfully made things work. She needed to work extra hard because I was out of state during much of the process. By the way, she is very nice too! The whole Keller-Williams team were a plus to make this transaction a success.

ZillowVERIFIED I couldn't be more happier with the results. Rachael always kept me informed and she sold the house in 3 weeks. We got what the house was worth. All the paperwork went smoothly even being over 3000 miles away. I would Rachael Peterson and her team a A++

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael was a dream to work with. She really walked us through the process as we were first time home buyers. We never felt embarrassed to ask a question and we had SO many questions. She also was very prompt in responding to us via text, phone call, or email. She helped us a lot throughout negotiations and, with her expertise, we were able to offer a number that we were comfortable with and got us into our dream home. She was professional, friendly, and always available but never pushy. We couldnt have asked for more.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael helped my wife and I buy our first home and we couldn't be happier with what we have. She made sure we found something that aligned with our must-haves and guided us through all the intimidating aspects of buying our dream home. Rachael was recommended by some friends and we're so glad we chose her.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachel Peterson was a delight to work with. She helped me identify a price to sell my house based on current market. She, and her team, were amazing to work with! My house sold quickly, in a slowing market, and I was able to achieve my next goal.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael helped me buy my first home in Milwaukie last year. I had no idea what I was getting into, and she explained everything, and made the whole process seem so easy. My friends had told me horror stories, and she did a wonderful job of alleviating my fears. My experience was nothing like what my friends told me, thanks to Rachael expertise and experience. I am so grateful that she was my agent, and I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED From start to close, Rachael has been an absolute rockstar! Rachael was ready to jump into helping us purchase our 1st home with both feet. Our initial meeting went fantastically. She made us feel comfortable and talked us through the buying process, ensured she would be there every step of the way and she most definitely followed through. She had an itinerary and route planned out for our 1st day of open house browsing which made it so easy. I loved how knowledgeable she was in the area we were looking. she knew restaurants and other things of our interest as well. big kudos for doing some homework. When we found the house we loved, she immediately got a hold of the listing agent to get the scoop on our potential new home. we barely made it out of the neighborhood before she called us with some amazing news. "there are no current offers" before we could even ask what the next steps were, she was anxious to talk us thru the game plan. everything about the home buying process was so incredibly easy with Rachael by our side. from inspections to repair to closing, she made it all a walk in the park. when we are ready to buy again, she will be our first call. Rachael, if you read this, thank you for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael was wonderful and fun to work with. She assisted and communicated effectively at all levels and with each step of the home buying process. Purchasing a home in Portland PDX was stressful for my family and I, coming from the Midwest, and with a long distance move on the horizon, but Rachael worked hard to ease our worries and help in any way she could. Thank you, Rachael! We deeply appreciate all you have done to support and help us! Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Rachael after relocating to the Portland area from California. It had been 40+ years since I had purchased a home and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Wow, did I luck out with Rachael. She really and truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly patient with my endless questions and wishlist. And is so warm and personable. And very knowledgeable about not only the Portland area but also about the entire home buying process. Most of my house hunt was done remotely while still living in California but Rachael made the process very easy and seamless. I don't plan on moving again but would recommend her to others in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael helped us buy our Portland home in late 2017. She was a dream come true and went so far above and beyond for us, we will be so disappointed if we ever use another agent. We were living out of state during the home search, and Rachael took us on virtual tours via Skype and Facetime of the homes we were interested in. A few short weeks later, we found THE ONE and Rachel got it for us. She was professional, courteous, understanding and super knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She held our hands, coordinated all the inspections and contractor appointments and advised us all along the way. I could go on for days about how much we love Rachael and appreciate her expertise and unmatched customer service. She's the BEST!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael just helped my fiancee and I purchase our first home, and we were completely impressed by her knowledge and service. We interviewed a number of agents before working with Rachael, and she really delivered as an excellent buyers agent for us. We appreciated the approach that she took and always felt like she was looking out for our best interests. As first time home buyers, we had tons(!) of questions throughout this process, and Rachael always enthusiastically helped us through these questions. She was highly responsive, always on-time, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Thanks again, Rachael!

ZillowVERIFIED Rachael is a true gem! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her background in construction proved to be a lifesaver; Rachael stopped me from putting offers on homes that were on the surface beautiful but structurally less than stellar. She was also very reassuring when hiccups arose through the buying process. Rachael is the real deal and I am so grateful that I met her. I can say with 100% confidence that if I had chosen a different realtor, the home buying process would have been a complete nightmare. With Rachael, everything was as smooth as possible and she definitely saved me from having a few (or a million) meltdowns. I would be hard pressed to find anyone as fantastic as Rachael!

ZillowVERIFIED I'm so glad we worked with Rachael. We found a home we loved in our top neighborhood! She was available 24/7 to answer every question. She is very knowledgeable about the Portland market as well. She's also super helpful with cost saving tips in the negotiation process. Most importantly, she's fun to be with while you're hunting! I would use her again!

ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough great things about Rachael. She was 100% there for us during our first-time home buying process. She spent so much time explaining everything to us and returning my 1,001 phone calls. She was extremely knowledgeable on market prices, and how and when to negotiate.

ZillowVERIFIED I had know idea about the process of buying a house and Rachael led me through the whole process. She was extremely according accommodating and kept me informed through the whole process. My experience in included a difficult uneducated seller and a ding dong of a listing agent and I got so frustrated and at times wanted walk away but even when I was cursing over the phone and venting Rachael was very patient and supportive through the whole process. I always felt I was in good hands and had her on my side working with integrity and good faith . As a proud new homeowner in what is a difficult market I feel in debt to her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you so much Rachael !
