ZillowVERIFIEDThe entire team of Kats and Associates are wonderful! I worked specifically with Derek Kats when purchasing my townhome and he made the experience a breeze! Derek was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and was always very good about answering all my questions. He always made himself readily available for anything I needed... questions, advice, documents, showings, etc. He even provided me with helpful recommendations of people and companies when I was wondering about the best options for insurance companies, mortgage loan officers, insurance agents, etc. Purchasing a home can be a very daunting, overwhelming experience, but Kats and Associates: Real Estate Group made it easy and made all the difference!

ZillowVERIFIED We were first time home buyers with lots of questions. Amy was always quick to reply and very helpful. It took us almost a year to find the right house and we never felt pressured by Amy to push us into a house just to get a sale. Whenever we found a house we wanted to see Amy was great at getting a viewing as soon as possible and walking us through all the options we had when we were looking at making an offer.

Also should mention that the pictures they took were stunning! Took very little time to find a qualified buyer. I am very happy with the results.

ZillowVERIFIED Roxana went above and beyond my expectations for what a realtor should do. She accommodated my needs to the fullest when trying to buy a home from another city. Roxanna did her research very well on homes I wanted to purchase, ensuring we knew everything there was to know about the property. She is very easy to work with, and talk to. There was never a moment where I felt I was being pushed in any sort of direction. She truly had my best interests at heart. I will recommend her to every friend and family member I have looking to buy a house in the Lincoln area.

ZillowVERIFIED It took a while for us to buy our first home, and I can tell you having the right Agent makes a world of a difference. I spoke with a few agents before Carie, and I don't even remember how I got in contact with her but I am so grateful I did. She is phenomenal at what she does. She is knowledgeable, flexible and most importantly, not pushy. She truly wants you to be happy with your purchase and love the home you are buying.I recommend Carie to anyone buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Roxana guided me through the bidding process. She was encouraging, had helpful knowledge about local resources, and was responsive to my questions. She warned me of things to look out for and negotiated the seller purchasing a home warranty for the fixer-upper I bought, which ends up being very important. She worked to help keep the seller on-board with us after extremely frustrating delays by the mortgage company which almost cost me the house. She listened to what my goals were and helped me to find a property that would meet those goals. When the first property we bid on fell through she found the one I ultimately bought. I would recommend Roxana for anybody looking for a home in the Lincoln, NE area. She is a pleasant, knowledgeable professional.

ZillowVERIFIED Carie helped me find and buy my first home. I knew some of the major parts of buying a home, but Carie was able to fill in the gaps and smaller details that made me confident I was doing it right. She allowed me to make my own choice as she laid it all out there giving me all the options. She was quick to respond and adjust to anything I laid in front of her. I felt confident that she had my best interest in mind and was able to advocate on my behalf. She remembered details about my life and family and threw in a little personal touch in a gift at closing. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED When we were looking for a realtor I came across Derek and read all the reviews, in addition to asking my banker and lender. They all had very positive things to say about Derek. Derek was very knowledgeable of the local real estate market to the point we actually had 3 people walk our home and had 3 offers all over our asking price which he set. Now, I was a little skeptical, because he did price our home more than 15-20K over my expectation, but he came through and I was more than amazed. The assessed value did bring the price down a little but he had the buyer put in some cash over the assessed value and we ended up only 2K off his asking price. Having dealt up to that point with 2 other realtors his price point of 4.9% was more than fair compared to other companies and he was professional through the entire process. I am not sure if our results are typical as this is the first home I have sold, but I couldnt of asked for a better realtor.
