ZillowVERIFIED Let me start by saying that we would not have our home if it wasn't for Amy Frerichs:I wasn't even looking for a new house but stumbled upon our dream home. In a market which homes are being sold the same day as they are listed Amy was definitely the right person to go to! Once our offer was accepted we listed our home for sale ASAP. Amy came over took pictures, did a wonderful job listing our property, and sold our home in under a week.Buying and selling homes is stressful! There were times I would call or text Amy because I was nervous or just wanted to ask the same question I had already asked her a dozen times. :) She always responded quickly, listened to what I had to say, and responded in a sweet, professional, and kind manor that not only made me feel like she knew her stuff (she does!) but, made the whole process easier for my husband and I. The purchase of our home was not the most traditional; Amy had to work with the foundation that owned the property and the offer was contingent upon another sale. I wanted to get into our new place before the holidays and Amy worked hard to make that happen for us. I would give her 10 stars if I could. As I said earlier, if it wasn't for Amy we would not have our current home.
