ZillowVERIFIED Prerana is an excellent agent. She was able to triangulate our budget, location and individual likes and dislikes very, very quickly. She was always on top of her game, communicating with us and negotiating with the seller. She has a whole army of support including mortgage bankers, handymen, contractor, landscapers, insurance, etc. We found her to be very trustworthy because not once did she try to upsell. We also found her to be very sincere in that she maintained excellent availability and transparency even after the deal was done and dusted. We bought a dream home in 6 weeks. That exceeded all our expectations!!!

After meeting with Prerana, we were impressed with her knowledge of the area (Fremont) since that has been her home for a number of decades and has been in the real estate business for about as long as she's lived there. To give a sense of how quick the whole home buying process was for us with Prerana at the helm, we contacted her on May 5, 2020, and closed on June 16, 2020. We had plenty of questions as we were first-time home buyers and Prerana had been responsive to our inquiries throughout the whole process. There were no questions she did not know the answer to from mortgage details to home inspections. Her knowledge of the area was valuable in that we were specifically searching for homes in good school districts and she knew which neighborhoods were great for families and which to avoid. Even after closing, she still made sure that we were taken care of and that we could continue to ask for her help going forward especially in regards to the work we plan on doing to the house. In fact, she suggested we let her know first before deciding on making any changes so we can ensure that the project adds value and that mistakes aren't made that could devalue the home. She even went as far as to introduce us to one of our neighbors who she happened to know. We highly recommend Prerana to anyone looking for a home.

I needed to sell my condo and I needed to sell it fast and as high as possible...I'm sure I was not the first with this request. Prerana and Hiren listened to and understood my needs and unique circumstances. The explained everything in advance, which was most appreciated. While they gave me the benefit of their many years of experience with recommendations and explanations, I made all the important decision. Things did, without going into a detailed explanation, require some maneuvering and finesse. With the tenacity of a lion, the practiced touch of a magician and the wisdom of Solomon this wonderful team made things happen with an always positive and charming demeanor throughout. ZillowVERIFIED Getting Prerana and Hiren as our realtor when we bought a home was THE BEST decision we made during the process. We bought our home during the recession time 8 yrs ago with the help of them. We were very conservative personalities and first time home buyers. In our first meeting with Prerana she understood our personality and family needs and suggested us where to buy. At that time we told here we weren't sure where to buy. She immediately with no hesitation said, ok lets go and see some homes at every possible places that would suit us. And in a day she showed us about 10 homes and we decided on the location we wanted. After that we went to see many houses with her. She laid out the pros and cons of buying each home to us everytime and the price we could give an offer to get it. She never forced us to make a decision and let us come to a conclusion. Couple times it happened such that we fell in love with some very expensive homes just for its views but with many other problems as baggage. We were still willing to buy it at a higher price, but Prenana personally talked to us pulling out all facts and laid out to us why its a bad decision and convinced us not to. Finally after seeing 51 homes, yes we did with her, we bought our current home and we are still happy we made that decision. Another part of Prerana that impressed us was, once we tell her we want to make an offer she goes very aggressive and do great work in negotiating the best deal and close the deal ASAP. We heard it 1x1 how she negotiates with the seller and it was a WOW in our minds. After we bought the home with her even after years she still keeps in touch with us and keeps a relationship. I would strongly recommend Prerana to anybody especially first time home buyers, you will be in safe hands and taken care of properly! Thank you Prerana for all you have done for us, we really appreciate it!!!

With every transaction, Prerana and her team went above and beyond the call to do everything possible to get me the best result. Her husband actually helped me move furniture following my last house sale. It doesn't get much above the call than that. She fought for me even when I needed to back out of a house purchase. I was so impressed at how she completely put her own interests aside and threw her efforts into helping me personally. A lot of people grouse at paying Realtor fees but Prerana is worth every single penny and then some.
