Prerana is an excellent agent. She was able to triangulate our budget, location and individual likes and dislikes very, very quickly. She was always on top of her game, communicating with us and negotiating with the seller. She has a whole army of support including mortgage bankers, handymen, contractor, landscapers, insurance, etc. We found her to be very trustworthy because not once did she try to upsell. We also found her to be very sincere in that she maintained excellent availability and transparency even after the deal was done and dusted. We bought a dream home in 6 weeks. That exceeded all our expectations!!!

We found Prerana in our company's internal recommendation list where she was highly regarded by our coworkers. After meeting with Prerana, we were impressed with her knowledge of the area (Fremont) since that has been her home for a number of decades and has been in the real estate business for about as long as she's lived there. To give a sense of how quick the whole home buying process was for us with Prerana at the helm, we contacted her on May 5, 2020, and closed on June 16, 2020. We had plenty of questions as we were first-time home buyers and Prerana had been responsive to our inquiries throughout the whole process. There were no questions she did not know the answer to from mortgage details to home inspections. Her knowledge of the area was valuable in that we were specifically searching for homes in good school districts and she knew which neighborhoods were great for families and which to avoid. Even after closing, she still made sure that we were taken care of and that we could continue to ask for her help going forward especially in regards to the work we plan on doing to the house. In fact, she suggested we let her know first before deciding on making any changes so we can ensure that the project adds value and that mistakes aren't made that could devalue the home. She even went as far as to introduce us to one of our neighbors who she happened to know. We highly recommend Prerana to anyone looking for a home.
