Ponce and Janie help us buy our place in Citrus Height. They work with us for 2 years with a lot of patience as we were getting ready to finalize our purchase. They kept us informed about the market trend and help us make a decision. Once our offer was accepted they help us stay on track to meet our timeline. They also help with existing tenant lease and provided us with lot so contact when it came down to maintenance.
