ZillowVERIFIEDPina has good knowledge of the industry in San Diego. We signed a contract with her for 3 months as a buyer's agent. We didn't realize she was on vacation for the next 3 weeks when we signed this contract. We felt that we had to pull information out instead of it being offered regarding homes we were interested in. The information we did get, we could have received from the internet. I did not feel that we were getting the attention we deserved, especially when the deals we were looking at would generate over $45,000 in buyer's agent commissions. We wanted 'the full info download' on the property and we basically got Zillow info regurgitated. We do appreciate her driving us around and sending us videos of a few properties we were interested in. However, we expected more when hiring someone for 45,000. This is some people's annual salary. When we asked her to terminate the buyer's contract with her when it was not working out, she refused. Know what you are signing.

ZillowVERIFIEDI have to tell you that working with Pina to find my house was one of the greatest Customer Service experiences I have ever had. I looked her up through the Internet and saw the reviews and said I think I can work with this person. I looked up three houses on the Internet and asked if my daughter and son-in-law could look at one of them. She showed him the house and they liked it. Of course that home was under contract soon after that. I told her that Id be down after the holiday weekend. I showed up three days early and she was still willing to work with me. She found a way to fit me into the schedule we talked. She found out what I was looking for. We went to see a lot of houses and each time she got it closer and closer to perfect. She did find me the perfect house close to my family with everything that I wanted and more. Working out with her and her daughter was a pleasure and if I buy another house, I would definitely work with them again. I highly recommend them. Theyre not pushed. Theyre very nice and gave me a lot of good suggestions. Theyve even helped me after the sale get some of the things that I needed. I highly recommend Pina and her daughter.
