Pina was amazing! I initially called her and felt a connection right away. I was living out of State at the time. I booked a flight and flew into San Diego within the next week. Pina was there every step of the way, guiding and educating me. I appreciate her kindness, knowledge, expertise and customer service. She always made herself available, answered the phone or returned calls within a few minutes. Her honesty was always appreciated. Pina is the greatest. I cannot say enough about her, let me mention her partner and daughter, Juliana, you can tell she was trained by her mother. They both sincerely care about what they are doing... I have found a AWESOME realtor and more importantly a friend for life. Pina and Juliana have HUGE hearts,!

Damon did an outstanding job helping us find our home. He knew exactly where to look and what we were looking for. He also knew the ins and outs of his trade along with having outstanding negotiation skills and knowing the process thoroughly. I couldnt recommend him enough he treats you like family and genuinely cares about seeing you in your new home. If you want somebody to treat you like family and put your wants and needs first go with Damon all the way.

I can't recommend Jen highly enough! My family was relocating from out of state and we initially met Jen over a year prior to our move at a random open house as we were doing some preliminary research ahead of our move. Over the course of the 12 months before we actually moved, she invested her time in providing us with a steady stream of local knowledge to assist us in our prep, despite not even being under contract with her. Once we did move to the area, we rented for a few months while we worked officially with Jen to find our home. She was always two steps ahead of us in terms of her levels of preparation, the accuracy of mapping our requirements to the houses she identified, etc. She also demonstrated a pragmatic and can-do approach to our final negotiations to get the deal over the line quickly. You will not regret working with Jen!

Damon did the excellent job from beginning to end, and my home buying experience couldn't be any better. He took the ownership as if he was buying the house for himself, his negotiating skill and tactical planning made the ownership to accept my offer. Damon has great team working together as one, triple checking the whole process and also has access to other great resources that made my purchase possible. It was very fortunate for me to meeting Damon through Zillow for his dedication and all of the kindness & concern to comfort the buyer and for ease of whole process. Can't praise enough of him and team. My great appreciation of him is super. He is on my number one list for anyone seeking the buy a new house.
