Very helpful, informative. Walked me through every process of the home buying experience. I had a bad experience with the bank cause of my job situation. We came to Ms. Elder to find a home and then decided to rent until we found what we were looking for. Ms. Elder found us a house for sale that the owners were willing to rent for six months which we thought would give us enough time to find a permanent residence. She helped us to negotiate a very attractive charge and then at the end of the rental term when we decided to buy the rental property instead of something else she again helped us to negotiate the price to our satisfaction. We carry her business cards with us to give to friends in case they need an agent. Excellent agent!!!
