ZillowVERIFIED Phylis helped me find an investment property and write a contract on the property. There were already multiple offers on the property by the time I submitted my own. She gave me great advise on how to structure my offer so it would be the most attractive. Despite my offer not being the highest, mine was the one accepted. Unfortunately, the home inspection didn't go well and I canceled the contract. This was another part of the experience I really appreciated. Phylis didn't pressure me to stay in the contract despite the poor home inspection. I feel she gave me objective advice on the condition of the property and home inspection report. This helped me make the right decision, which was to wait for a different property that was the better fit. I look forward to working with Phylis again soon when the "right" property comes along to meet my needs.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I were looking to move to a specific location within a general radius, and we had not had much luck in locating homes that met our criteria. I contacted Phylis as a result of a google search. She responded immediately and within about 24 hours, she had already found some homes for us to view. We were impressed with her local knowledge and process expertise. In this very tight market, we had not been successful securing a property with prior agents. Under Phylis' guidance, we were able to secure a contract on the home of our dreams. At that point we asked Phylis to help us sell our current home. Phylis recommended that we get the sign in our yard with a "Coming Soon" tagline while she finalized the agreement, lined up a photographer, etc. In the meantime she contacted other real estate agents to promote our home 'unofficially' prior to going public with the listing. Phylis' proactive marketing resulted in an offer before the listing went public. Long story short, she helped us work through the process with the buyers for our existing home and with the sellers of the home we purchased for 2 successful closings, both at fair prices. I would not hesitate to recommend Phylis (and I already have) to anyone looking to move in the Metro Atlanta area.
