Our family will be doing more business with Phil. When we found a chicken farm for sale, we did not think owning the farm would be possible. Phil said he could make it happen, and he did! He knew exactly what was needed to move our home, and got it done. The marketing video was wonderful and effective. We saved it and shared it with the entire family and friends. The video went live on a Friday. We had a contract on Tuesday. Today, we are official owners of a chicken farm we thought was impossible to own! Phil was with us every step of the way. He went over and beyond. He knows the community, he knows real estate business, he knows farming, and he knows chicken houses. He has a wealth of information on how chicken farms should run. He made sure we were set up for success for the future. You can trust Phil. He answers his phone. He does what he says he is going to do. He will watch out for you!

Phil Wilson was excellent. He assisted us purchasing the property, which was our first land purchase. Phil is honestly the best and most professional real estate agent and broker that I have ever had the privilege to work with, hands down. When we we're ready to sell our home Phil came in and did a walk through. Then made a list of things that we either needed to fix or straighten up. Phil made sure that our house would pass all home inspections including VA, FHA, for all home loans. On things we needed to fix he recommend licensed contractors who we're professional and did a great job. We needed a little dry wall and electric. Then Phil came in took pictures of inside and used a drone for the outside. Made a great video with a great song to go with it. The second family who looked at our house were the ones who purchased it. Phil knew what the house was worth from the comps. We got the full asking price for our house. Phil, also found us our new poultry farm and was able to negotiate us a great price. Phil, knows homes, farms, and land! Our son and his family are getting ready to list their farm in Hartwell, GA with Phil. I will never use anyone else but Phil Wilson from now on for all our home and farm needs. I would NOT recommend Phil Wilson! Phillip comes off extremely busy, he is not a timely or clear communicator, and he is NOT a man of his word! I asked him to request the sellers for a utility providers list, any appliance warranties, missing keys, a brief property history or any other helpful property documents, but Phil neither responded via text and email nor picked up my calls on whether the sellers would or wouldn't provide this info. On June 9, 2023, I reached out to Phillip Willson to tour me around a property. After the tour, I mentioned to him that I wanted to buy EVERYTHING in that farm/property, and I instantly made an offer. Phil said that the sellers were very attached to their dairy goats, and they were planning to move from the state with them aEUR" the goats on the farm were the same goats advertised in his watermarked pictures. However, Phil assured me not to worry because he would deliver six Kiko goats during closing. On July 7 and 10, 2023 we closed on the property and when I asked Phil where the goats were. He said that he had early morning land showings but promised to deliver them a month after I was all settled in. Farm sellers left the goat barn, I spent at least $10k on goat fencing, hardware, mats, feeding and water troughs. It's now four months after closing and there are no signs of goats being delivered by Phil. Early November 2023, I even paid a livestock transporter to pick the goats up, but Phil neither called him back nor provided an address/PIN location. Phil Wilson plays too many typical relator games! * Since writing this review, Phillip Wilson has not only threatened me, but he has become defensive and demanded I delete this honest review. I consider this harassing behavior and I will never recommend this business! Property sellers and buyers beware!

Overall from start to finish Phil was extremely friendly and professional and also extremely knowledgeable both about the house and the local area. Whenever we called or had questions he either had an answer readily available or readily had the number for us to call of someone who would know said answer. And with the rest of the home buying process he was extremely knowledgeable even with the parts he wasnt in charge of, simply through his experience in doing everything so many times, so he was able to walk us through everything that was getting done so we were able to be kept in the loop the entire time as well.

Phil was amazing from start to finish. He helped me stage my home and the pictures he took got us multiple offers after being on the market only three days.He then proceeded to walk me through the process of my home purchase. Phil's experience with VA loans made the extra steps required go by faster. He is well connected in the industry and was able to get everything we needed done in a timely matter.I knew Phil had done a lot, but at closing before he got there, the closing attorney and the seller's agent both made comments about how much he also did behind the scenes that I was not even aware of. I used phil Wilson when I bought my house and I would recommend anyone to use him. Phil Wilson was great. Phil was incredible Realtor he was prompt, responsive and very respectful.
