ZillowVERIFIEDI was blessed to retain Phedra to sell my home in Penn National. This sale was complicated because I was located off site and the home needed some repairs prior to sale. Phedra's real estate knowledge was incomparable and her communication was always prompt. She helped coordinate repairs and declutter the home of furniture. At one point, she even helped weed prior to the open house! She led me to an agreeable sales price, and did pre-marketing and professional photographs. All her hard work led to a sale in one day, $20,000 above asking. Truly, I truly could not have had this outcome without Phedra.
