ZillowVERIFIED We meet Arnold thru Zillow and it turned out to be a great blessing! He and his wife, Phaedra, took their time and worked with us explaining everything in detail every step of the way. We looked at a few houses and his insight and knowledge of the housing market and things to look for when viewing houses was invaluable! He even got us in contact with a great finance company. Arnold also was able to advise us in how to make attractive offers on properties and after only two properties we had an offer accepted. Unfortunately we ended up losing the property due to finance issues. About a month after losing the first house I had my finance issues taking care of. I gave Arnold a call and he was extremely eager to work with us again to get us in a house! And much to my surprise we only looked at four houses and we got our offer accepted on the second house. We just closed and are moving in tomorrow. We initially told Arnold our family needs and he directed us to the right properties that would fit our needs. He is an excellent realtor that will help you with all your needs and answer your question truthfully and throughly.
