ZillowVERIFIEDPeyton truly made home searching and buying a breeze. Through the frustration of this 2022 market we were still able to land our dream home and it could not have been done without the knowledge and insight Peyton brings. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, responded to out multiple question and concerns, and made sure we had everything we needed to successfully reach closing day. We truly appreciate all that he and his team did for us and recommend him for all of your home buying and selling needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton was amazing to work with! He was there for us every step of the way and was very knowledgeable in pointing out what things to look for when seeing a house. His market analysis of each house we liked really help protect us from over spending for something that wasnt worth it. During such a crazy time in the market he was always there to show us any house we wanted to see and helped us find the perfect house! We would definitely recommend Peyton and The Marshall Group to anyone looking to buy or sell their house!

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton was a joy to work with. Before the house went on the market, he assessed my goals and made suggestions for improvements to maximize my profit. He was responsive to my questions and had answers readily available. My house was on the market less than a week when we had received numerous offers. Peyton walked me through every step of the process, through closing. I highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED Guys makes me submit an application before he is willing to show me the house. I went ahead and paid $30 on zillow so that I can apply. And then he never gets back to me even 5 days later.I have excellent credit, 5x the rent as income, no pets, non smoker, no record of missing rent or eviction. There wasn't any reason not to get a response. He should at least update me, approved or not, considering he made me pull my credit, pay a fee without any showing.I finally went to a different place and got approved the same day for a better looking house and cheaper rent. Still not happy about paying for no reason.Your call will likely go unanswered as about half a dozen of my calls did over 3 days of time.I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton Burchell is the best buyer's broker east of the Mississippi! (We totally agree with all of the other good things written about him.) Peyton was patient, responsive, and worked with us on our schedule while we were looking. When we found THE home, he worked tirelessly to make it happen in OUR best interests, including meeting with us in little towns between his office and our temporary apartment and getting answers to all of our questions! He (and his team) followed through with the lender and closing attorney to make it happen. We closed and were quite happy with the whole process, thanks to Peyton. We highly recommend Peyton and The Marshall Group!

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton is thoughtful in pricing, timing and executes a plan. He is consultative and thinks about more than just one or two things. Very thorough, extremely responsive and very transparent.

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton did an excellent job of working with me on selling a home and at the same time working a contract to buy a home. When it came down to anything he was always on top of it whether it dealt with the price of the property, disputing an appraisal, and working through inspections. When it came to home searching he was very open and honest about the homes we looked at and would actually point out things that were not as flattering even if I was really into the house and gave me an honest answer and perspective. If I had to do this process all over again I would not hesitate to call on him and his staff.

ZillowVERIFIED Peyton was our realtor in finding a home back in the early fall 2018. He was wonderful to work with. Let us know the process and sent us all links to view homes on our own in a timely manner and was very friendly and courteous at all times, even in person when we met for home showings. Once we picked the home we loved he was there every step of the way helping us with the inspection and so much more. In selling our townhome, Stoney met with us periodically before to let us know what needed to be done to be ready to list our home and get ready to move, he also was there every step of the way. Our townhome sold in less than 24 hours and honestly we are so thankful of that, but I also feel that having the "Marshall Group" name on our listing helped it sell that much faster. The Marshall group has such a huge and wonderful reputation in buying and selling homes. We will always use them for buying, selling and any of our real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED If there was a higher rating than 5 I would surely give it. From the moment we decided to sell through our buying process Peyton Burchell has been an incredible resource and an excellent advocate for us. We couldnt have had a better experience and he and The Marshall Group are the only realtors I would recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Peyton back to back transactions, where he represented us as a buyer and then as a seller. He was awesome in both! Peyton is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with a process that can feel foreign and uncomfortable. We were very happy with our decisions to work with Peyton and look forward to working with him again.
