ZillowVERIFIEDPetra was unmatched in knowledge, attention to detail and immediately responded if we had a question or problem. She gave excellent guidance when our buyers were unreasonable or requested things that werent necessary. Not only was she a perfect agent but has become a great friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Professional, courteous, personable. Always eager to assist in any way. Negotiated with sellers agent to allow buyer access to property prior to closing to facilitate contacts with construction companies.

ZillowVERIFIED Petra was so helpful, patient and full of great advice! She knows the Atlanta area well while also having a background in construction which is invaluable when trying to buy a quality home. She was able to spot issues in the newly renovated homes I was looking into and knew what things were minor issues versus deal breakers (which I was clueless about). I found an amazing first home with her assistance and guidance and couldnt be happier!

The one thing however that felt would matter the most is to have an agent that i could trust to guide me through the process. ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time buyer, I had absolutely no idea on what to expect throughout the process and had many MANY questions. I was in a unique situation where I needed to close on a house in only three weeks and had other realtors tell me that this was a pipe dream. Until....Petra! Not only did Petra promise we would be able to close in three weeks, but she brought years of construction and Cobb County market knowledge to the table to be able to find the right home for my needs. She was consistently reliable and dependable, even touring many homes for me as I traveled for work. Her negotiation skills were impeccable, and she always put my interests first. I can easily say without a doubt that I would not be in this home today had it not been for Petra. I have already recommended this All-Star of a realtor to many of my colleagues who are looking to buy or sell. If you are looking for someone that is enthusiastic, dependable, and puts YOU first....look no further. Petra is the realtor for you!

ZillowVERIFIED Petra is absolutely the Agent you want. Her professionalism, attention to detail, communication, overall demeanor, responsiveness is incredible. She has great knowledge of construction and knows what to look for. She is HONEST and has integrity. She assisted me with my relocation to ATL from NY and without her video messages with first person point of view - tour-like style of video of the homes & neighborhoods I would not have been able to do this. She is NOT just a send you a listing type of agent, She is HANDS ON, making visits, advising, guiding and making you feel like you are her only client . She looks out for your interests as a client and is always in great spirits. I would advise EVERYONE on Zillow to use her to sell or buy. Simply a great experience. CONTACT HER.

ZillowVERIFIED I love working with Petra.. I?ve come across other realtors but I chose Petra because she knows exactly what needs to be done (I Don?t) I?m a first time buyer and it was very frustrating in the beginning but now it?s been easy going since I started working with Petra.shes very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the homes she shows. She?s very caring, honest and very very dependable. I recommend her to any and everyone every chance I get. We?ve been work with each other since I moved to Georgia in July 2019 and she stays 10 toes down no matter what happens. I Can say I finally found my new home but our communication and relationship will still continue afterwards.

ZillowVERIFIED Petra was the best. I am a picky person because I have a special needs child and everything had to be the perfect situation of the right property, amenities, location and price. She found the perfect place for us and I am so happy with our first home. She even recommended a mortgage loan officer, and after shopping around with several banks and brokers, her recommendation was the clear winner and saved us lots of money. She answers the phone quickly, is very quick with email responses and is she is one of the nicest people I have met. She also was able to answer all of my questions in regards to the process and walked me through step by step. I highly recommend Petra for anyone buying or selling a property!
