You can't go wrong!!! John Kim is attentive, always returns calls in a timely manner and he will take the time to sit with you and explain the process and what to expect when buying a home. When I worked with John he asked me what I was looking for in a home, where I was looking for my new home to be located at and the budget of which I could spend so that he could put together lists of homes that met the preferences and parameters I was looking for. And if ever there was house I liked or was interested in, he would always research it to make sure that the house had no red flags that might be concerning to me. For example a house where noise may be a problem because it is too close to the airport and under a flight path or too close to a freeway etc. John will work hard to find the right home for you and when you find it he will work hard to make sure you go in with your best foot forward when making an offer on a house. He does this by sharing his knowledge and experience with you and by letting you know what he thinks is best and why, so that you can make an informed decision when making an offer to buy a home. I am thankful to John Kim and the Odigo realty team for making my experience of buying my new home so pleaseant. And when I mentioned I was looking for a good moving company to help me move, John and the Odigo team helped me with that as well.

ZillowVERIFIED Thank god he was there!!! This guy does his best....what he is best at...he was our buying agent for first condo property in Magnolia, Seattle, WA. We looked at many properties with him and he was would always accommodate with our schedule. We never had to reschedule any showing. He doesn't mind doing the showing again for same house. He would discuss and prepare your offer as late as 11:30 in night. He has good knowledge of all minute details making an offer. Our first lender rejected our financing but he was quick enough to find another lender who recently financed the condo in same community so that we close in time. There was no push sells , no hesitation on explaining complex home buying processes...many times over to first time home buyers like us. It's great to have him on your side...will choose him again ...also while selling my property in future.

After the inspection, Peter's buyer's agent adjusted the offer, and we ended up getting the house for 50k under asking, and 25k under appraised value, which is unheard of in this market. The amount of behind the scenes work Peter and his team did was truly impressive. Your mileage may vary, but Peter is the only Realtor I'll be using in the future.
