ZillowVERIFIED Peter became a friend of our family during our lengthy home search process. Due to COVID and the resultant volatile markets, it took a couple years to find our dream house (I was very picky!). Peter was helpful, patient, and the ultimate professional the entire time. Each spring, he dedicated countless hours to understand our needs and alter our search as needed. He was always only a phone call or email away and, at times, we had to remember we weren't his only clients. He made us feel that special. He is extremely knowledgeable and offers genuine feedback with data to support his position. We trusted his opinion and relied heavily on his expertise to ensure we got the right house for the right price (which is nearly impossible these days). Even when things were bleak in an ultimate seller's market, Peter remained upbeat and positive, but never pushy and made sure our final decision was one we wouldn't regret. I recommend Peter to any home buyer, novice or experienced, his skills are truly unmatched. During out closing process, his teammate, Alyssa, was just as helpful and made our closing process seamless. We appreciate every phone call, every email, every showing, and every check-in chat over the years. Thank you again and again Peter!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the absolute best experience working with Peter Beckford! He was very professional, informative, and patient when it came to house hunting in this crazy market. He made sure that he exhausted every single option when it came to finding homes that met my very specific criteria and budget. With every curveball thrown with numerous market changes, multiple offers, and a few dozen houses later , Peter was able to find my perfect starter home for my daughter and I. No matter day or night Peter thoroughly answered every single one of my questions through this long process with genuine care and concern for my well being as a first time home buyer. When the time comes to find my forever home Peter will absolutely be the first person I call to sell and buy. I can't be more grateful for his hard work and dedication as my agent and now friend! Thank you so much!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive worked with quite a few realtors thus far, but Peter is simply the best Atlanta!!! He truly cares for his clients and isnt all about making a sale/commission. He works for you and with you, with your best interest at heart. Peter and I worked hand in hand for over 6-8 months. Other realtors would have given up, moved on, or pressured me to get something I dont really like just to make a sale. Peter did not, and for that, Ill always be grateful! Peter is extremely patient, caring, compassionate, a great listener and friend! Ive already been recommending his services to all of my friends and will continue doing business with him till the wheels fall off!!!! Thank you Peter, you rock bro!!

ZillowVERIFIED Not enough good thing can be said about how Peter handled our transaction. We reside out of state and were not able to travel to Georgia for the closing. We trusted Peter enough to give him Power of Attorney to sign the closing documents on our behalf. The closing was flawless. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter Beckford was an amazing agent! He went above and beyond through the entire process keeping me informed every step of the way. As a first time home buyer, his expertise, responsiveness, and knowledge were invaluable. I felt so comfortable and empowered as a new home owner. Peter is well connected with a team of real estate professionals. Through Peter, I had access to the best home inspectors, the best closing attorneys, and even a few contractors for minor post-purchase updates. Most of all, his assistance and advocacy while working with my lenders (a very frustrating and unprofessional company) helped us get the deal closed. I live in a beautiful home in an up and coming neighborhood on The Atlanta Beltline now; a dream I never thought was possible. This dream is now a reality with Peter's help. If you're in the market for a new home and you are looking for a realtor, look no further. Peter is your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter is a detail oriented real estate professional. Right from the moment we expressed desire to sell our property, Peter got into thick of things. He is absolutely forthcoming and transparent in terms of providing pulse of the market, what may work and what may not. He sets realistic expectations and by golly, does he live up to it. Our townhome was sold way before we expected it would, and that too in a time of uncertainty. It has been our pleasure to be represented by Peter Beckford. Way to go Peter!!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter was phenomenal to work with in both the purchase of my new home and in helping me to lease another home. My journey was 2 years in the making. That is not common, but Peter was very patient with my circumstances. He walked me through each step since I had not purchased property in over 10 years and was utilizing a 203K home loan. He was always available for questions, as well. He was truly knowledgeable and understood that I wanted to get the best bang for my buck. I'm glad that I was able to have him as my realtor. I will be using his services again for any other real estate needs. He most definitely has the prescription for all of your real estate desires!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter was truly heaven sent. The home buying process can be extremely tedious, stressful, and vulnerable considering the impact the purchase will have on your life once the transaction is finished. Peter is honest, ethical, trust-worthy and extremely patient. I am a First Time Home Buyer and beyond the Real Estate expertise Peter showed me regarding areas throughout Georgia, he also has a great sense of style for home decor and timeless design features when picking out the perfect pad!! I am so grateful to have this full package in a realtor and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Peter was a VERY big help from start to finish of this project. This home required a few updates/renovations prior to being sold. There were a few challenges along the way to no fault of Peter, but with his assistance I was able to effectively manage those. Peter paid close attention to details and was excellent at dealing with the multitude of prospective buyers. More importantly, we were able to get the home sold at the selling price I desired which is above the historical average for the community. Saying his efforts were greatly appreciated is an understatement; I will definitely be using him in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter was the ultimate professional and abundance of fun to work with. Peter was able to effectively communicate with both my wife and I and made us feel comfortable with the way he communicated with us. He was able to break down any and all information in a way that my wife and I could understand and retain. One of the many great attributes that Peter possesses is his ability to understand and connect with his clients. His next best attribute would be his patience. We never felt pressured or rushed in any way to make any choices throughout the entire time of working with Peter. Throughout the entire process of choosing a home to purchase up to the closing day Peter made himself available to our needs, questions, and concerns. It was truly a great pleasure to work with Peter and would highly recommend him to any person wanting to purchase a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter Beckford is a dedicated, knowledgable, and customer service oriented real estate pro. He took the time to listen and learn what type of homes I liked and my location preferences. We saw several properties over an extended time that made the list. I was provided relevant data and analytics that I could understand. Peter kept in contact regularly and I was not pressured to buy at any time. That was very important to me. He gave me an update on a neighborhood I looked at several months prior. I went back again and saw a beautiful new home that was available. If Peter had not stayed in touch, I would have missed it! I am very happy with my home choice and with the level of service I received from Peter. I enthusiastically recommend him to assist you in finding your next home!

ZillowVERIFIED During the sale of my home, it seemed as though Peter was available to me any time of day. From the very first walkthrough until the day the home was sold and the moving truck arrived, Peter was intensely involved. Any questions I had, he answered right away and if he didnt have the answer, he researched the situation and presented a solution in a timely manner. His knowledge of the local real estate market is superb and I believe that is the main reason why my home sold so high above the average sales in the neighborhood.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Beckford was very professional. Searching for a rental property can be a stressful experience, however, Mr. Beckford made the process pain free. He was attentive to the details we searched for and he presented several different options. He made it easier to settle into a new State. I look forward to working with him when we are ready to purchase our First Georgia Home.

ZillowVERIFIED Peter made the nightmare of looking for houses a breeze. We are relocating to the Atlanta area from FL and had contacted several local realtors to help us find housing. Many brushed us off only wanting to deal with us 1-2 weeks BEFORE our move date. Moving with kids from out of state, I was less than thrilled of not knowing where we were going to live. Then we found Peter and all the anxiety and stress of the move went away. We gave him a price point and zip codes we were comfortable with and after our 20 minute phone call, he had already sent me over 20 plus listings to review. We were not able to see the properties in person, as the Atlanta market goes so fast in rentals. Peter facetimed us to view properties, took pictures, met with a family member to view the property for us, and advised us on all facets of the move. Peter literally is a text or a phone call away for advice or questions. We loved working with Peter for finding us a rental and will be looking to Peter for our home buying purchase in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED It with great pleasure that I get to provide a recommendation for Peter Beckford. He is very responsive and professional. From our first, interaction and still today I get nothing but great customer service. I appreciate all his work and efficiency with the process for completing the application process. Being that I was out of state it was seamless. When I clicked on information to get additional information for the property (on a Sunday) Peter, called me while on his vacation! This tells me he is dedicated and knows how to multi-task and is a professional and I am so thankful for all his assistance. Thank you, Peter
